学习体会报告

会议第一项议程为学习体会报告，党支部书记王新平律师以自己前不久参加“浙江省2019律师行业党建示范培训班”“台州市律师行业、基层法律服务行业党支部书记读书会”后的感想为切入点，讲述了自己对“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育及习近平新时代中国特色主义思想的学习体会，并引导与会党员律师重温我党的初心和使命，牢固树立和自觉强化政治意识、大局意识、核心意识、看齐意识；通过学习红船精神，深刻领会新时代中国特色社会主义思想的精神实质和丰富内涵，在工作中全面准确贯彻落实。

主题党日活动

会议第二项议程为主题党日活动，各位党员律师一起学习了毛卓云同志先进事迹。在“谈艾色变”的年代，面对高风险的艾滋病监区，毛卓云同志胆壮心雄、直面恐惧，主动请缨，担起艾滋病在押人员的管教工作，给予在押人员教化改造的希望。他的先进事迹是我们开展“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育的生动教材，我们应当学习他对党忠诚、信念坚定的政治本色，学习他迎难而上、无私无畏的责任担当，学习他甘于奉献、淡泊名利的高尚情操。

集中学习

会议第三项议程为集中学习，由宣传委员张文中律师领读学习《习近平关于“不忘初心、牢记使命”论述摘编》第十章——新时代要有新气象，更要有新作为。

学习体会交流

会议第四项议程为学习体会交流，与会党员律师围绕《习近平关于“不忘初心、牢记使命”论述摘编》，结合律师工作的实际情况，谈该如何践行初心使命。

组织委员钟瑶瑶律师首先发言，她说，通过学习，对“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育有了更加深刻的理解。今后一定会以这次主题教育学习为契机，不断强化责任担当，以进一步务实的工作方式方法，打开工作新局面。

宣传委员张文中律师随后发言，他认为作为一名党员律师，要做的就是多读书、读好书、读精品。

纪检委员蔡婉瑛律师谈及党员律师的初心与使命，她认为律师这个职业，本身就是需要不断学习，既要注重理论学习，在业务上精益求精，也要注重实务能力，向身边的老律师、优秀律师学习。其次，作为党员律师，要做好带头作用，维护社会公平正义，可以通过办理法律援助案件，为弱者发声，发挥利群公益宣讲团的作用，提升广大群众的法律意识。

支部副书记黄道进律师结合自己刑事辩护的实践，认为律师作为社会主义法律工作者，就是为了维护法律正确实施，为了维护当事人合法权益。律师在办理好每一个案子的同时，要加强党性学习，要不忘初心，牢记使命，不但要为个人，为律所，也要为社会献出自己的微薄之力。

党员律师周海龙表示，中国共产党人的初心和使命，就是为中国人民谋幸福，为中华民族谋复兴。作为其中的一份子，要充分发挥党员律师的先锋模范作用，为社会的公平正义做出自己的努力。

党员律师冯懿认为，通过学习感受到我们党的历史非常悠久，但是作为党员而言，对于党史的了解还不够深入，我们要做的就是在这个前人的基础之上做的更加好。

书记寄语

王新平书记最后强调，作为律师，尤其是党员律师，我们应当将初心贯穿于执业活动中，以实际行动践行使命。最根本的就是要做好本职工作，在每起案件中，都应维护当事人合法权益，维护法律正确实施，维护社会公平正义。在我国建设社会主义法治国家和依法治国的伟大进程中，贡献我们的智慧和力量。

Theme Party Day Activities

The second agenda item of the meeting is the themed Party Day activity, where all party members and lawyers learned about Comrade Mao Zhuoyun's advanced deeds together. In the era of "turning pale when talking about AIDS", Mao Zhuoyun bravely faced fear in the face of high-risk AIDS prison areas, volunteered to take charge of the education of AIDS detainees, and gave them hope for education and reform. His advanced deeds are vivid teaching materials for us to carry out the theme education of "not forgetting our original intention and keeping our mission in mind". We should learn his political nature of loyalty to the Party and firm belief, his selfless and fearless responsibility to face difficulties, and his noble sentiments of dedication and indifference to fame and fortune.

Concentrated learning

The third agenda item of the meeting is focused learning, led by Lawyer Zhang Wenzhong, a publicity committee member, to read and study Chapter 10 of the "Excerpt from the Essay on" Remembering Our Original Intention and Remembering Our Mission "- New Era Needs New Atmospheres and New Achievements.

Learning experience exchange

Lawyer Zhong Yaoyao, the organizing committee member, first spoke and said that through learning, she has gained a deeper understanding of the theme education of "not forgetting one's original intention and keeping the mission in mind". In the future, we will take this theme education and learning as an opportunity to continuously strengthen our responsibility and open up new situations in our work through further practical work methods.

Advocacy committee member Zhang Wenzhong, a lawyer, subsequently spoke, stating that as a party member lawyer, what we need to do is to read more, read good books, and read high-quality works.

Lawyer Cai Wanying, a disciplinary inspection committee member, talked about the original intention and mission of party member lawyers. She believes that the profession of lawyers itself requires continuous learning. It should not only focus on theoretical learning, strive for excellence in business, but also pay attention to practical abilities, and learn from the old and excellent lawyers around them. Secondly, as a party member lawyer, we should take the lead and maintain social fairness and justice. We can handle legal aid cases, speak up for the weak, play the role of the public welfare propaganda group, and enhance the legal awareness of the general public.

Lawyer Huang Daojin, the deputy secretary of the branch, combined with his own practice of criminal defense, believed that lawyers, as socialist Legal profession, were to safeguard the correct implementation of the law and the legitimate rights and interests of the parties. While handling every case well, lawyers should strengthen their party spirit learning, not forget their original intention, and remember their mission. They should not only contribute their modest efforts to individuals, law firms, but also society.

Party lawyer Zhou Hailong said that the original intention and mission of the CPC is to seek happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation. As one of them, we must fully leverage the pioneering and exemplary role of party members and lawyers, and make our own efforts for social fairness and justice.

Party member lawyer Feng Yi believes that through learning, we can feel that our Party has a very long history. However, as a Party member, our understanding of Party history is not deep enough. What we need to do is to build on the foundation of our predecessors and do better.

Secretary's Message

Secretary Wang Xinping finally emphasized that as lawyers, especially party member lawyers, we should integrate our original intentions into our professional activities and fulfill our mission through practical actions. The most fundamental thing is to do our job well. In every case, we should safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties involved, safeguard the correct implementation of the law, and maintain social fairness and justice. We will contribute our wisdom and strength to the great process of building a socialist country ruled by law and running the country according to law.
