“制出将来之少年中国者，则中国少年之责任也”。青年是广袤森林中的苍松翠竹，是辽阔草原上的浓郁生机，也是五四精神传承的重要力量。在五四运动100周年之际，浙江利群律师事务所举办青年律师演讲赛，并以此为契机，增强律所凝聚力，锻炼青年律师演讲能力和口才，强化青年律师的责任意识和担当精神。

4月26日晚，我所首届青年律师演讲赛（初赛）拉开了帷幕，本届演讲赛由我所团支部承办，由主任助理、辩论队队长王莹律师担任主持，共有15位选手参赛。

现场9位评委分别就演讲内容、语言表达、形象风度、综合印象四部分对参赛选手进行综合点评，指出他们的演讲各有特色，语言精炼生动，情感真挚细腻，将自己的经历和思考通过语言、动作，向观众充分展示了他们的梦想、才华与担当。同时，评委们也结合自身演讲经验给选手们提出了指导性的意见和建议。

If we create the future youth of China, it is the responsibility of Chinese youth. Youth is the lush pine and bamboo in the vast forest, the rich vitality on the vast grassland, and an important force in the inheritance of the May Fourth spirit. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm held a speech contest for young lawyers, and took this opportunity to strengthen the cohesion of the law firm, exercise young lawyers' speech ability and eloquence, and strengthen young lawyers' sense of responsibility and responsibility.

On the evening of April 26th, the first Youth Lawyer Speech Competition (preliminary competition) of our institute kicked off. This speech competition was organized by our institute's team branch and hosted by Lawyer Wang Ying, assistant director and leader of the debate team. A total of 15 contestants participated.

On site, 9 judges gave comprehensive comments on the contestants in four parts: speech content, language expression, image style, and comprehensive impression. They pointed out that their speeches had their own characteristics, with concise and vivid language, sincere and delicate emotions. Through language and actions, they fully demonstrated their experiences and thoughts to the audience, showcasing their dreams, talents, and responsibilities. At the same time, the judges also provided guidance and suggestions to the contestants based on their own speaking experience.
