本人在浙江利群律师事务所实习已经三月有余了，在这三个多月的时间里，在所里众多律师的帮助和指导下，我的法学理论水平和法律实务能力均有提高。在此，我向所里所有律师和工作人员表示诚挚的感谢。

在我的心目中，律师们具有“为弱者呐喊，向强权抗衡”的高大形象，具有“无拘无束多自由，笑谈之间黄金来”的潇洒形象，具有“凭三寸不烂之舌而挽狂澜于既倒”的智慧形象，也有“挑战权利，抗衡权力”的民主形象。总之，是备受尊敬的人物。

抱着对律师的一种憧憬，产生了对律师行业的独特向往，在高考志愿中，我毅然选择法学专业，经历大学四年寒窗，我不仅完成了大学的全部专业课程，而且也通过了国家司法考试。我将自己的职业设计为一名复合型律师，即既精通法律，又懂经济、懂现代科学知识、懂英语的律师。然而，在现实生活中，说起律师这个话题，是那么的众说纷纭。有人说，律师是民主法治社会不可缺少的职业；也有人说，律师是“聋子的耳朵——摆设”；还有人说，律师是“公关讨债公司”，那么，律师究竟是什么样的，干什么的呢？

通过在浙江利群律师事务所的实践学习，使我对律师这个行业有了一个清晰而全面的认识，他们除了在法庭上伸张正义，仗义直言之外，还要有负责、严谨的科学态度；随着社会的发展，还在拥有除了法律知识外广博的知识。他们绝不是利用其专业知识来混饭吃的工具性头衔，律师应该是一位严谨的法学者，又是拥有丰富实践经验的法律实践者。他们受命于危难忧烦之际，效力于是非曲直之间；法律是他们的立身之本与生财之道，客户是他们的执业之源与发展之本。律师是一个有报酬有风险，劳心又劳力，但又不是人人都能从事的职业，既是中介机构，又是自由职业者，还是司法队伍的重要组成部分。

他们每天的工作时间是八小时，但是为了尽快完成职责，就要经常加班加点，往往一天工作十几个小时，整天除了奔波在公、检、法三机关，面对当事人的陈述为他们“出谋划策”，还需要整天对着电脑写作，上网寻找有关法律法规，起草、审查各类法律文书。没有一种为人民服务的强大精神支柱，他们能经得起这样的风雨吗？

我热爱律师事业，更向往律师这一崇高而神圣的职业。

With a vision of lawyers, I had a unique yearning for the lawyer industry. In the college entrance examination, I decided to choose the law major. After four years of poor college experience, I not only completed all professional courses in the university, but also passed the National Judicial Examination. I have designed my career as a composite lawyer, one who is proficient in both law and economics, knowledgeable in modern science, and proficient in English. However, in real life, when it comes to the topic of lawyers, there are so many opinions. Some people say that lawyers are an indispensable profession in a democratic and rule of law society; Some people also say that lawyers are "the ears of deaf people - decorations"; Others say that lawyers are "public relations Collection agency". What are lawyers like and what do they do?

Through practical learning at Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm, I have gained a clear and comprehensive understanding of the lawyer industry. In addition to upholding justice and being outspoken in court, they also need to have a responsible and rigorous scientific attitude; With the development of society, one still possesses extensive knowledge beyond legal knowledge. They are not instrumental titles that rely on their professional knowledge to earn a living. Lawyers should be rigorous legal practitioners with rich practical experience. They were ordered to serve in times of danger and distress, and their service was not straight; The law is their foundation and way of making money, and customers are their source of practice and development. Lawyers are paid and risky, laborious and laborious, but not everyone can engage in the profession. They are not only intermediaries, but also Freelancer, and an important part of the judicial team.

Their daily working hours are eight hours, but in order to complete their duties as soon as possible, they often work overtime, often working more than ten hours a day. They not only work in the public, procuratorial, and legal organs all day, but also need to write on the computer, search for relevant laws and regulations online, draft and review various legal documents in the face of the statements of the parties involved. Without a strong spiritual pillar of Serve the People, can they withstand such storms?

I love the legal profession and aspire even more to the noble and sacred profession of lawyers.
