◆2011年1月15日，本所主任周显根、副主任朱美聪参加市律师协会知识专业委员会会议。

◆2011年3月19日，浙江省律师协会刑事专业委员会在台州召开，本所主任代表市律师协会出席会议并致词；期间主持组织召开了市律师协会理事会。

◆2011年3月26日上午，省律师协会八届理事会会员事务委员会在杭召开第一次工作会议，本所主任周显根作为会员事务委员会副主任参会。

◆由本所律师朱美聪、叶可森分别编写的《英特宜家系统有限公司诉台州市中天塑业有限公司著作权纠纷案》《罗倩诉奥士达公司人身损害赔偿案》分别参加台州市司法局、台州市律师协会组织的十大案例评选。

◆上半年，本所六次组织全体律师定期学习最高法院颁布的合同法等相关司法解释及实务技能操作知识。

◆2011年3月14日，天台县人民法院指定本所为天轮集团有限公司破产管理人。

◆2011年5月4日，本所律师受中信银行宁波分行委托，担任其与中国德仁集团有限公司借款合同纠纷案执行程序中代理人。

◆截止2011年6月30日止，本所已累计受理各类知识产权35件。

◆ On January 15, 2011, our director Zhou Xiangen and deputy director Zhu Meicong attended a meeting of the Knowledge Professional Committee of the Municipal Bar Association.

◆ On March 19, 2011, the Criminal Professional Committee of the Zhejiang Lawyers Association was held in Taizhou, and the director of our institute attended the meeting and delivered a speech on behalf of the Municipal Lawyers Association; During this period, he presided over the organization and convening of the Municipal Bar Association Council.

◆ On the morning of March 26, 2011, the Member Affairs Committee of the Eighth Council of the Provincial Bar Association held its first working meeting in Hangzhou, with Zhou Xiangen, the director of our institute, attending as the deputy director of the Member Affairs Committee.

◆ The "Copyright Dispute Case between Intel IKEA System Co., Ltd. v. Taizhou Zhongtian Plastic Industry Co., Ltd." and "Luo Qian v. Osda Company Personal Injury Compensation Case" written by our lawyers Zhu Meicong and Ye Kesen respectively participated in the top ten case evaluations organized by the Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Taizhou Lawyers Association.

◆ In the first half of the year, our firm organized all lawyers to regularly study relevant judicial interpretations and practical skills such as the Contract Law issued by the Supreme Court six times.

◆ On March 14, 2011, the People's Court of Tiantai County appointed the Firm as the bankruptcy administrator of Tianlun Group Co., Ltd.

◆ On May 4, 2011, our lawyer was entrusted by China CITIC Bank Ningbo Branch to act as the agent in the execution procedure of the loan contract dispute with China Deren Group Co., Ltd.

◆ As of June 30, 2011, our office has accepted a total of 35 cases of various intellectual property rights.
