为了听取青年律师对律所管理和律师业务发展的想法和建议，促进律所进一步发展，利群所于2022年8月18日晚召开了青年律师座谈会。座谈会由利群所主任毛灵见律师主持，利群所副主任黄道进、郑晓丹、尹朝辉、冯懿律师，青年律师工作部副主任张梁律师，以及青年律师、律师助理共28人参加座谈会。

座谈会上，利群所主任毛灵见律师表示，青年律师是律所的未来，他希望在座谈会中，青年律师们能积极沟通交流，阐述自己的想法，并提出建设性意见和建议。

青年律师工作部副主任张梁律师结合自身执业经验，简要阐述了青年律师的优势，并对青年律师的成长问题提出建议。他认为，青年律师要提升个人硬实力，找准定位，勇于展现自我。

参会青年律师踊跃发言，结合工作中遇到的困难，围绕律所专业化发展、青年律师培养机制和培训学习机制以及律所其他管理工作等方面，提出自己的想法和意见。

针对青年律师们提出的意见和建议，利群所主任毛灵见律师一一作出回复，副主任黄道进、郑晓丹、尹朝辉、冯懿律师也结合个人执业经验，为青年律师们答疑解惑。

毛灵见律师表示，律所会总结参会青年律师的意见和建议，在之后的工作中逐步解决问题，回应大家的期许。

本次青年律师座谈会的召开，为青年律师搭建了沟通交流的平台，让青年律师能以更好的姿态投身到工作中。利群所将继续加强律师之间的交流，全力解决青年律师工作中遇到的问题，为青年律师的成长营造良好环境、创造更多机会、提供更多平台，切实担负起服务青年律师需求、促进青年律师发展的重要责任。

In order to listen to the ideas and suggestions of young lawyers on law firm management and legal business development, and promote the further development of the law firm, Liqun Institute held a youth lawyer symposium on the evening of August 18, 2022. The symposium was chaired by Lawyer Mao Lingjian, Director of Liqun Institute. A total of 28 people, including Lawyers Huang Daojin, Zheng Xiaodan, Yin Chaohui, Feng Yi, Deputy Directors of Liqun Institute, Lawyer Zhang Liang, Deputy Director of the Youth Lawyer Work Department, as well as young lawyers and legal assistants, participated in the symposium.

At the symposium, Lawyer Mao Lingjian, Director of Liqun Law Firm, stated that young lawyers are the future of the law firm. He hopes that during the symposium, young lawyers can actively communicate and exchange ideas, and provide constructive opinions and suggestions.

Lawyer Zhang Liang, Deputy Director of the Youth Lawyer Work Department, briefly elaborated on the advantages of young lawyers based on his own practice experience and proposed suggestions for the growth of young lawyers. He believes that young lawyers should improve their personal Hard power, identify their positions and be brave to show themselves.

The young lawyers attending the conference spoke enthusiastically, and combined with the difficulties encountered in their work, put forward their own ideas and opinions around the professional development of law firms, the training and learning mechanisms for young lawyers, and other management work of law firms.

In response to the opinions and suggestions put forward by young lawyers, Mao Lingjian, the director of Liqun Institute, responded one by one to lawyers. Vice directors Huang Daojin, Zheng Xiaodan, Yin Chaohui, and Feng Yi also combined their personal practice experience to answer questions and clarify doubts for young lawyers.

Lawyer Mao Lingjian stated that the law firm will summarize the opinions and suggestions of participating young lawyers, gradually solve problems in future work, and respond to everyone's expectations.

The convening of this youth lawyer symposium has established a platform for communication and exchange among young lawyers, allowing them to engage in their work with a better attitude. Liqun Institute will continue to strengthen communication among lawyers, fully solve the problems encountered in the work of young lawyers, create a good environment, create more opportunities, and provide more platforms for the growth of young lawyers, and effectively shoulder the important responsibility of serving the needs of young lawyers and promoting their development.
