2018年10月26日，明净的天空蔚然如洗，阳光明媚，白云悠悠，秋风习习，仿佛是大自然最好的安排，我们一路欣赏着沿途的风景，金黄黄的果子挂满枝头，绕上弯弯曲曲的山路，到达此行的目的地——羊岩山庄，参加期盼许久的台州市首期“青年律师训练营”。

26日晚上，来自台州各县市区的80名青年律师齐聚一堂，观看影片《看不见的客人》，为本次青训营预热，影片讲述了一位企业家为了洗脱罪名，请了一位金牌女律师为其辩护。27日，青训营正式开营，两天的日程安排得满当当，早起环山晨练，日间有4位资深律师作为导师跟我们分享他们的人生经验及体会，晚上有思想沙龙活动，我们在秋日羊岩度过了一个非常难忘充实的周末。

吴清旺博士的开场介绍很有意思，除了律师身份，他风趣地提醒我们其还有浙江摄影家协会会员的身份，并向我们展示了他的摄影技术。在讲课中，他指出表达、写作的重要性，会写作的律师会赢得尊重和机会，且总结一句“善写者昌”。听了他的课，我有两点心得：其一是一名优秀的律师应该是复合型人才，除了法律，我们还要学习其他方面的知识，越广越好。其二好文笔绝不是一蹴而成，需要认真而不停地写，一点一滴积累。

胡瑞江主任还未授课时，我在第一天晚上的沙龙活动中就充分领教了他卓越的口才。他向我们传授了律师口才培养的方法、具体路径，即内容+形式+方法，要有货、有型、有范儿，并给我们播放了他欣赏的两位口才达人的演讲视频。这让我感悟到，律师需要好口才，好口才并不是天生的，也需要刻意地培养、训练。

蔡福友博士以形象、接待、出庭三步曲跟我们分享了青年律师执业技巧。让我体会到青年律师的修炼应该里外兼顾。

王新平副会长兼本期训练营班主任授课的题目是《民事诉讼证据基本技能与训练》，他分享了自己在实务中的经验，顿让我觉得干货满满。

思想沙龙活动上，我有幸被3组成员推选作律师梦主题演讲，与大家分享了《律师执业之梦与行》，成为一名优秀律师是我的梦想，梦想需要我用实际行动来实现。最后，我非常荣幸地获得了本期训练营“优秀学员”之荣誉。在各位导师身上，我更加印证了之前所观察到的优秀律师的一些共性：一是好学，优秀律师不仅在专业上钻研，他们还喜欢学习其他领域的知识。二是善于时间管理，就是有效的利用时间，什么事该做，什么事不该做，什么事重要，什么事次要。三是善于总结与反思，从过往的案例、经历中汲取经验。四是有坚定的信念，但凡确定了目标，无论道路如何坎坷，都坚持走下去。

为期两天的青训营已圆满收营，青年律师的学习却永无止境。那就从今日起，将所知化为行动，为梦想编织翅膀，相信总有一天会展翅高飞！

On October 26, 2018, the clear sky was as clear as a wash, with bright sunshine, lingering white clouds, and a gentle autumn breeze, as if it were the best arrangement of nature. We enjoyed the scenery along the way, with golden fruits hanging on the branches and winding mountain roads. We arrived at the destination of our trip - Yangyan Villa and participated in the long-awaited first "Youth Lawyer Training Camp" in Taizhou City.

On the evening of the 26th, 80 young lawyers from various counties and cities in Taizhou gathered together to watch the film "Invisible Guests", which warmed up for the youth training camp. The film tells the story of an entrepreneur who, in order to clear the charge, hired a gold medal female lawyer to defend her. On the 27th, the youth training camp officially opened, with a full schedule for two days. We got up early and practiced around the mountain. During the day, four senior lawyers served as mentors to share their life experiences and experiences with us. In the evening, there was a thought salon activity, and we spent a very unforgettable and fulfilling weekend at Yangyan in autumn.

Dr. Wu Qingwang's opening introduction was very interesting. In addition to his legal status, he humorously reminded us that he also had a membership in the Zhejiang Photographers Association and demonstrated his photography skills to us. In his lecture, he pointed out the importance of expression and writing. Lawyers who can write will earn respect and opportunities, and summarized the sentence "Those who are good at writing will prosper. After listening to his class, I have two insights: first, an excellent lawyer should be a versatile talent. In addition to law, we should also learn other knowledge. The wider the better. Secondly, good writing is never achieved overnight, it requires careful and continuous writing, accumulating bit by bit.

Before Director Hu Ruijiang could teach a class, I fully experienced his outstanding eloquence during the salon activity on the first night. He taught us the methods and specific paths for cultivating lawyers' eloquence, namely content+form+method, which should have quality, style, and style. He also played us the speech videos of two eloquent experts he appreciated. This made me realize that lawyers need good eloquence, which is not innate and requires deliberate cultivation and training.

Dr. Cai Fuyou shared with us the practicing skills of young lawyers through the three steps of image, reception, and appearance in court. It made me realize that the cultivation of young lawyers should balance both inside and outside.

Vice President Wang Xinping and the class teacher of this training camp gave a lecture on "Basic Skills and Training in Civil Litigation Evidence". He shared his experience in practice, which made me feel like I have a lot of experience.

At the Thought Salon event, I was fortunate to be selected by three groups of members to give a keynote speech on Lawyer's Dream, and shared with everyone the "Dream and Practice of Lawyer Practice". Becoming an excellent lawyer is my dream, and my dream needs to be realized through practical actions. Finally, I am honored to be awarded the title of "Outstanding Student" in this training camp. In the mentors, I have further confirmed some commonalities of excellent lawyers that I have observed before: firstly, they are eager to learn. Excellent lawyers not only delve into their profession, but also enjoy learning knowledge in other fields. The second is to be good at time management, which means effectively utilizing time. What should be done, what should not be done, what is important, and what is secondary. The third is to be good at summarizing and reflecting, drawing experience from past cases and experiences. The fourth is to have a firm belief and persevere in pursuing a goal no matter how bumpy the road may be.

The two-day youth training camp has successfully concluded, but the learning of young lawyers is endless. Starting from today, turn what you know into action, weave wings for your dreams, and believe that one day you will soar!
