2022年3月3日上午，浙江省司法厅党委委员、副厅长、省律师行业党委书记徐晓波率调研组到利群律师事务所开展调研座谈。中华全国律师协会副会长、省律师协会会长郑金都，台州市司法局党组书记邵宣豪、副局长马健陪同。我所主任、党支部书记王新平，创始合伙人周显根，顾问柳泖热情接待。

徐晓波副厅长一行参观了利群党建园地、模拟法庭、红色书吧、学术报告厅及办公场所，称赞利群所的学术报告厅在全省律师行业绝无仅有。随后在律所多功能厅召开了座谈会。

王新平主任向调研组全面介绍了律所的基本情况，表示利群所以“一五规划”为行动纲领，坚持“规模化、专业化、品牌化”的发展理念和“厚德、至臻、包容、和合”的核心价值观，着力营造温馨快乐、亲密友善的律所氛围，形成群策群力、追求共同理想的强大向心力，业务等各方面持续稳健发展，屡获各种奖项和荣誉，并就党建所建紧密结合、青年律师培养、践行社会责任等特色亮点工作做了汇报。

邵宣豪书记对利群所的党建工作给予了充分的肯定，并指出利群所作为四所合一成功重组的典范，业绩让人放心、专业让人放心、团队让人放心，希望利群所进一步凸显“红色书吧”的辨识度，继续深入学习贯彻习近平法治思想。

郑金都会长指出，利群所已经顺利度过了三年的磨合期，律所发展欣欣向荣，希望接下来利群所真正进入跨越式发展，在创收、业务创新、青年律师培养及律所管理等各方面成为台州市龙头大所。

徐晓波副厅长在听取了汇报后，指出利群所业务有特色、发展很稳定、党建工作有形有声有色。就下一步工作，徐晓波副厅长强调：

两个拥护

一是始终把两个拥护作为执业基础。律所要把拥护中国共产党领导、拥护社会主义法治作为从业的基本要求，创新党建工作的方式方法，实现有形覆盖到有效覆盖。

服务为民

二是始终把服务为民作为执业宗旨。业绩固然是衡量律所成功与否的重要指标，但不是唯一指标。律师要多发挥社会职能，要有为人民服务的意识，提升人民群众对法律服务的满意度。

服务大局

三是始终把服务大局作为价值取向。律所应积极服务党委政府中心工作，发挥专业优势服务经济发展，服务社会稳定。

人才培养

四是始终把人才培养作为重要任务。青年律师比较多，律所应进一步做好人才保障工作，优秀人才要引得进、留得住、培养得好。

徐晓波副厅长一行本次的调研，充分体现了省市司法行政机关领导对我所发展的高度重视，也是对我所未来发展的极大鼓舞。利群定将继续发挥优势，共同推进律师行业服务创新、形象刷新，以新作为奋进新发展，以新担当谱写新篇章。

Deputy Director Xu Xiaobo and his delegation visited Liqun Party Building Garden, Moot court, Red Book Bar, Academic Lecture hall and office space, and praised Liqun's Academic Lecture hall, which is unique in the lawyer industry of the province. Subsequently, a symposium was held in the multi-functional hall of the law firm.

Director Wang Xinping comprehensively introduced the basic situation of the law firm to the research team, saying that Liqun took the "First Five Year Plan" as its action program, adhered to the development concept of "scale, specialization, branding" and the core values of "integrity, perfection, inclusiveness, and harmony", focused on creating a warm, happy, intimate and friendly atmosphere of the law firm, formed a strong Centripetal force force for brainstorming and pursuing common ideals, and continued and steady development of business and other aspects, He has won various awards and honors, and has reported on the close integration of party building, the cultivation of young lawyers, and the practice of social responsibility and other distinctive highlights.

Secretary Shao Xuanhao fully affirmed the party building work of Liqun Institute and pointed out that Liqun Institute, as a model of successful restructuring of the four institutes in one, has reliable performance, professionalism, and team. He hopes that Liqun Institute can further highlight its recognition of the "red book bar" and continue to deeply study and implement the concept of the rule of law.

President Zheng Jindu pointed out that Liqun Law Firm has successfully passed the three-year running in period, and the law firm is thriving. He hoped that Liqun Law Firm would really enter a leap forward development in the future, and become a leading law firm in Taizhou in terms of income generation, business innovation, young lawyer training and law firm management.

After listening to the report, Deputy Director Xu Xiaobo pointed out that Liqun Institute has unique business characteristics, stable development, and tangible and colorful party building work. Regarding the next step of work, Deputy Director Xu Xiaobo emphasized:

Law firms should regard supporting the leadership of the CPC and the socialist rule of law as the basic requirements for their employment, innovate the ways and means of party building, and achieve tangible coverage to effective coverage.

The second is to always regard serving the people as the practice purpose. Performance is certainly an important indicator of the success of a law firm, but it is not the only indicator. Lawyers should give full play to their social functions, have a sense of serving the people, and improve the people's satisfaction with legal services.

Thirdly, always prioritize serving the overall situation as a value orientation. Law firms should actively serve the central work of the Party committee and government, leverage their professional advantages to serve economic development and social stability.
