近日，从中共浙江省委政法委传来喜讯，在前期我所五名律师经过认真培训和严格考试获得《浙江省第三方机构风评从业人员培训合格证书》的基础上，利群所成功备案浙江省重大决策社会风险评估机构。

▍问：哪些项目应当开展社会稳定风险评估？

《浙江省重大决策社会风险评估实施办法》规定，对社会稳定、公共安全等方面可能造成不利影响的重大决策事项均应纳入社会风险评估范围，特别是涉及社会管理、社会保障、公共服务、生态环境保护等方面的重大政策和措施，涉及国有（国有控股 ）企事业单位产权转让、身份转换、用工安置等利益关系调整的改革事项，涉及对经济社会发展、社会公众利益有重大影响或者投资规模较大的政府投资项目，涉及社会治安、公共安全等方面的重大活动，涉及影响社会安全稳定的重大敏感案事件等。具体分三类（后附《重大决策社会风险评估事项分类表》）。
