为传承发扬新时代“枫桥经验”，完善社会解纷机制、促进社会综合治理，更好地发挥律师在构建法治社会、促进社会和谐中的积极作用，8月19日下午，椒江区“伊家和”家事调解品牌工作室在利群所揭牌。椒江区妇女联合会党组成员、副主席符伟，台州市荷和社会心理服务中心负责人郑永红出席揭牌仪式。利群所副主任、妇联主席郑晓丹律师，妇联副主席朱维娜、闫龙华律师，执委李笑笑、金冬灵律师参与接待、座谈。

揭牌仪式开始前，椒江区妇女联合会领导一行参观了律所文化展厅、学术报告厅、母婴室、模拟法庭、贵宾室、瑜伽室和律所办公环境。随后于利群所党群议事厅举行了揭牌仪式并就今后调解工作开展进行深入交流。

“伊家和”家事调解

◆“伊家和”是以新方法、新载体，以家庭为立足点，以维权为切入点的家事调解工作新机制。调解工作范围包括家庭暴力问题、情感纠纷问题、经济纠纷问题、抚养、赡养、扶养问题、邻里关系纠纷问题、心理问题、其他涉及婚姻家庭方面的纠纷。

◆椒江区“伊家和”家事调解工作室被省妇联认定首批“浙江省婚姻家庭纠纷化解品牌工作室”。

在未来的工作中，利群所将珍惜荣誉，维护品牌，积极主动发挥律师在促进社会公平正义、维护社会和谐稳定方面的重要作用，打造专业化的律师调解团队，探索更高效、更便捷的方式化解纠纷，履行好新时代参与社会治理的新使命。

In order to inherit and carry forward the "Maple Bridge Experience" of the new era, improve the social dispute resolution mechanism, promote comprehensive social governance, and better play the active role of lawyers in building a society ruled by law and promoting social harmony, the "Yijiahe" family mediation brand studio in Jiaojiang District was unveiled in Liqun on the afternoon of August 19. Fu Wei, member of the Party Leadership Group and vice chairman of Jiaojiang District Women's Federation, and Zheng Yonghong, head of Taizhou Hehe Social Psychological Service Center, attended the unveiling ceremony. Lawyer Zheng Xiaodan, Deputy Director of Liqun Institute and Chairman of Women's Federation, Lawyers Zhu Weina and Yan Longhua, Vice Chairmen of Women's Federation, and Lawyers Li Xiaoxiao and Jin Dongling, Executive Committee, participated in the reception and discussion.

Before the unveiling ceremony, the leaders of the Jiaojiang District Women's Federation visited the law firm's cultural exhibition hall, academic Lecture hall, mother and baby room, Moot court, VIP room, yoga room and the law firm's office environment. Subsequently, an unveiling ceremony was held in the Party Masses Conference Hall of Liqun Institute and in-depth exchanges were held on the future mediation work.

Family Mediation of "Yi Jia He"

The "Yi Jia He" is a new mechanism for family mediation work that takes new methods and carriers, family as the starting point, and rights protection as the entry point. The scope of mediation work includes domestic violence issues, emotional disputes, economic disputes, upbringing, support, neighborhood relationship disputes, psychological issues, and other disputes related to marriage and family.

◆ The "Yijiahe" family mediation studio in Jiaojiang District was recognized as one of the first "Zhejiang Marriage and Family Dispute Resolution Brand Studios" by the Provincial Women's Federation.

In future work, Liqun Institute will cherish honor, maintain the brand, actively play the important role of lawyers in promoting social fairness and justice, maintaining social harmony and stability, build a professional lawyer mediation team, explore more efficient and convenient ways to resolve disputes, and fulfill the new mission of participating in social governance in the new era.
