陈副会长一行在王新平主任、毛灵见副主任等人的陪同下，参观了利群所文化展厅、咖啡吧、学术报告厅、模拟法庭、贵宾室、办公区等，并在参观过程中对利群所有了初步的了解。

随后，在律所二号会议室开展专题工作汇报会。首先王新平主任向各位领导介绍了律所重组以来的队伍结构、组织架构、专业部门设置等基本概况，并汇报了律所“12345”建设工程，即“一大目标、二项任务、三张名片、四个平台、五种责任”。接着，王新平主任以PPT形式，从五个方面向各位领导详细汇报律所职业道德与执业纪律工作情况：

一是将道德观作为核心价值观，突出它的地位和重要性。

二是建有执业宣誓墙，强化依法依规意识。

三是签订《律师规范执业承诺书》，念好道德“紧箍咒”，筑牢纪律“防火墙”。

四是“以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改”。

五是将道德、纪律教育与“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育相结合。

在听取汇报后，陈副会长对利群所宽敞明亮的办公环境和独特的学术报告厅给予了高度评价，并表示：今年是利群所发展至关重要的一年，要好好磨合，好好理思路，好好定方向；律师事务所的发展是以人和为基础的，要做到理念契合、思路吻合、方向明确；规范管理上要有所创新，作为台州大所，要发挥好示范、引领作用；并强调了律所对于加强律师特别是新入职律师职业道德、执业纪律教育培训的重要性。
