今天上午，浙江省律师协会会长郑金都、副秘书长吴引引、研究室主任于梅等一行莅临利群所调研。台州市司法局调研员、市律师行业党委书记虞彪，市司法局律工处处长、市律师协会秘书长梁丰等陪同调研。我所主任王新平律师，顾问柳泖律师、李钟年律师，副主任邱素娟律师、蔡辉强律师、郑晓丹律师、毛灵见律师，党支部副书记黄道进律师，青年律师工作部委员李元炜律师等参加会议。

首先，市司法局律工处处长、市律师协会秘书长梁丰感谢省律协郑会长关心台州律师业的发展，专程花一天半时间到律所调研执业困难、党建等工作，非常难得。

王新平主任代表利群所对郑会长一行的莅临表示热烈欢迎，并介绍了律所重组以来的基本概况，指出律所目前有“四多”：一是青年律师多，二是女律师多，三是党员律师多，四是高学历（位）律师多。接着，王新平主任汇报了律所的工作思路，即“一大目标、二项任务、三张名片、四个平台、五种责任”，并着重介绍了利群所的党建工作。利群所2002年成立支部后始终重视党建工作，现有党员29名，其中27名党员组织关系在利群支部。今年上半年党支部换届后，成立了支委会，健全了组织机构；划分了三个党小组，以确保党建任务顺利完成；总结提炼了“利群・五群工作法”，提升了党建文化。介绍了党建工作后，王新平主任也坦陈了律所发展过程中存在的困难和困惑。

针对王新平主任的汇报内容，省律协副秘书长吴引引就律所管理团队、专业化情况、收费等问题进行了深入了解。

在听取汇报后，郑会长先对利群所成功重组并顺利乔迁表示祝贺，然后表示利群所目标定位要明确，价值观要统一，重组后前3年是关键，需引起重视；要对台州律师行业起引领作用，尤其是台州的非诉讼业务要积极开拓、带动；要有执行团队，管理层必须要有思路、有激情、有奉献、有公心。

会议最后，市司法局调研员、市律师行业党委书记虞彪肯定了利群所首届法律文化节的亮点，称赞利群重组后面貌焕然一新，同时提出了四点希望和要求：一是把握好契机；二是精准定位；三是精心谋划；四是树立标杆。

Our director, Lawyer Wang Xinping, consultants, Lawyers Liu Mao and Li Zhongnian, Deputy Directors, Lawyers Qiu Sujuan, Cai Huiqiang, Zheng Xiaodan, Mao Lingjian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch, Lawyer Huang Daojin, and Lawyer Li Yuanwei, a member of the Youth Lawyer Work Department, attended the meeting.

Firstly, Liang Feng, Director of the Legal Affairs Department of the Municipal Judicial Bureau and Secretary General of the Municipal Lawyers Association, expressed his gratitude to President Zheng of the Provincial Lawyers Association for his concern about the development of the Taizhou lawyer industry. He dedicated a day and a half to the law firm to investigate the difficulties in practice and party building, which was very rare.

Director Wang Xinping, on behalf of Liqun Institute, warmly welcomed the visit of President Zheng and his delegation, and introduced the basic overview of the law firm since its restructuring. He pointed out that there are currently "four types" of law firms: firstly, there are more young lawyers, secondly, there are more female lawyers, thirdly, there are more party members and lawyers, and fourthly, there are more highly educated lawyers. Subsequently, Director Wang Xinping reported on the work philosophy of the law firm, namely "one major goal, two tasks, three business cards, four platforms, and five responsibilities", and emphasized the party building work of Liqun Institute. Since the establishment of the branch in 2002, Liqun Institute has always attached great importance to party building work. Currently, there are 29 party members, of whom 27 have organizational relationships with the Liqun branch. After the change of the Party branch in the first half of this year, a branch committee was established and the organizational structure was improved; Divided three party groups to ensure the smooth completion of party building tasks; The summary and refinement of the "benefit group and five group work method" have enhanced the party building culture. After introducing the party building work, Director Wang Xinping also admitted to the difficulties and confusion that exist in the development process of the law firm.

In response to Director Wang Xinping's report, Wu Yinyin, Deputy Secretary General of the Provincial Law Association, conducted a thorough understanding of the law firm's management team, professionalism, fees, and other issues.

After listening to the report, President Zheng congratulated Liqun on its successful restructuring and successful relocation, and then stated that Liqun's goal positioning should be clear, its values should be unified, and the first three years after the restructuring are crucial and need to be taken seriously; To play a leading role in the Taizhou lawyer industry, especially in actively exploring and driving non litigation business in Taizhou; To have an execution team, the management team must have ideas, passion, dedication, and public mindedness.

At the end of the meeting, Yu Biao, an investigator of the Municipal Judicial Bureau and the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Municipal Lawyer Industry, affirmed the highlights of the first Legal Culture Festival of Liqun Institute, praised its new appearance after the restructuring, and put forward four hopes and requirements: first, seize the opportunity; The second is precise positioning; The third is careful planning; The fourth is to set a benchmark.
