8月3日，台州市律师协会知识产权专业委员会2019年年会暨知识产权法律服务产品研讨会在利群所召开，本次会议由台州市律师协会知识产权专业委员会主办，浙江利群律师事务所协办，台州市司法局律工处处长兼市律师协会秘书长梁丰、台州天祺专利代理事务所（普通合伙）负责人邢永以及台州市律师协会知识产权专业委员会委员等20多位知识产权领域的同仁到会参加。

回顾与展望

会上，利群所副主任毛灵见律师作为知识产权专业委员会主任汇报了知产委成立来的工作进展情况及2019年度的工作安排计划；梁丰处长代表台州市司法局、台州市律师协会对知产委的工作予以肯定并提出了期望，同时还宣读了台州市打造最佳营商环境知识产权法律服务宣讲团成员名单；为了更好地推动知产委工作的开展和业务研究，会上还成立了以专利、商标、著作权等细分领域的专业研究小组。

交流与研讨

浙江省律协知产委副主任、台州市知识产权保护协会会长、浙江常青藤律师事务所主任郑才微律师结合实务经验从专利权评估报告、专利申请文档、专利登记簿、专利权无效宣告、知识产权海关备案、展会知识产权投诉、企业知识产权管理规范等方面分享了专利维权的相关法律服务。

市知产委副主任项俊勇律师从品牌的概念、商标的定义两方面分析了品牌与商标之间的关系，并从“打通法律和管理”的法商管理角度，“商标有效使用和主动式证据管理”体系能解决的问题提供了自己的意见和建议。

台州天祺专利代理事务所（普通合伙）负责人邢永介绍了专利挖掘的相关概念和优点，并从技术层面和法律层面分享了如何进行专利挖掘的有效方法。

此外，各委员之间还对台州的知识产权服务、执业过程中碰到问题以及知产委的后期工作等内容进行交流。

开拓与创新

本次会议的召开增进了市律协知识产权专业委员会各委员之间的交流，并通过知识产权法律服务产品的分享和研讨，拓宽了参会律师的法律服务认知维度，提升了知识产权法律服务能力。作为目前台州市规模最大、机构最全的律师事务所之一，利群所也将以此次会议为契机，发挥创新驱动发展的作用，以更好的服务模式开拓知识产权法律服务市场及服务台州企业发展。

Review and prospect

At the meeting, Lawyer Mao Lingjian, Deputy Director of Liqun Institute, as the Director of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee, reported on the progress of the work since the establishment of the Intellectual Property Committee and the work arrangement plan for 2019; Director Liang Feng, on behalf of the Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Taizhou Lawyers Association, affirmed and raised expectations for the work of the Intellectual Property Commission. At the same time, he also read out the list of members of the Taizhou City to create the best business environment for intellectual property legal services preaching group; In order to better promote the work and business research of the Intellectual Property Commission, a professional research group was also established at the meeting, focusing on sub fields such as patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

Communication and Discussion

Lawyer Zheng Caiwei, Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Zhejiang Lawyers Association, President of the Taizhou Intellectual Property Protection Association, and Director of Zhejiang Evergreen Law Firm, combined practical experience to share relevant legal services on patent protection from patent evaluation reports, patent application documents, patent registration books, patent invalidation declarations, intellectual property customs filing, exhibition intellectual property complaints, and enterprise intellectual property management standards.

Lawyer Xiang Junyong, Deputy Director of the Municipal Intellectual Property Commission, analyzed the relationship between brands and trademarks from two aspects: the concept of brands and the definition of trademarks. From the perspective of legal and commercial management, he provided his own opinions and suggestions on the problems that can be solved by the "effective use of trademarks and proactive evidence management" system.

Xing Yong, the head of Taizhou Tianqi Patent Agency (general partnership), introduced the relevant concepts and advantages of patent mining, and shared effective methods for patent mining from both technical and legal perspectives.

In addition, the committee members also exchanged views on intellectual property services in Taizhou, issues encountered during the practice process, and the later work of the Intellectual Property Commission.

Development and Innovation

The convening of this meeting has enhanced communication among members of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the Municipal Lawyers Association, and through the sharing and discussion of intellectual property legal service products, it has broadened the legal service awareness dimension of participating lawyers and improved their intellectual property legal service capabilities.
