5月15日下午，宁波海事法院台州法庭庭长史红萍、法官朱忠军、梅佳佳一行三人莅临浙江利群律师事务所，为我所涉外与海事海商部副主任朱维娜律师颁发“浙江海事行政争议调解中心特邀调解员”聘书，并就各位律师对宁波海事法院台州法庭工作的相关意见和建议进行座谈交流。我所主任王新平律师、高级合伙人李钟年律师、朱国君律师、涉外与海事海商部副主任朱维娜律师以及公司与资本市场部副主任冯懿律师参与此次座谈会。

研讨与交流

首先，王新平主任对他们的到来表示热烈的欢迎，并就重组后利群所的人员规模、专业部门设置、新办公场所的功能划分及律所的文化建设等方面作了简要介绍。

随后，与会律师就海事法院管辖、审判、执行等问题展开详细研讨与交流。

最后，史红萍庭长表示：“各位律师提出的意见和建议很到位，是促进法律共同体建设的具体体现与实践，对于当前遇到海事海商法律实务将会提供有益的借鉴和新的思路。”

On the afternoon of May 15th, Shi Hongping, the President of the Taizhou Court of Ningbo Maritime Court, Judge Zhu Zhongjun, and Mei Jiajia, along with a group of three, visited Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm to issue an appointment letter for the "Special Mediator of the Zhejiang Maritime Administrative Dispute Mediation Center" to Lawyer Zhu Weina, the Deputy Director of the Foreign and Maritime Maritime Affairs Department of our firm. They also had a discussion and exchange on the relevant opinions and suggestions of the lawyers on the work of the Taizhou Court of Ningbo Maritime Court. Our director, Lawyer Wang Xinping, senior partner, Lawyer Li Zhongnian, Lawyer Zhu Guojun, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs and Maritime Affairs Department, Lawyer Zhu Weina, and Deputy Director of the Company and Capital Markets Department, Lawyer Feng Yi, participated in this symposium.

Discussion and exchange

Firstly, Director Wang Xinping warmly welcomed their arrival and gave a brief introduction on the personnel size, professional department settings, functional division of the new office space, and cultural construction of the law firm after the restructuring.

Subsequently, attending lawyers conducted detailed discussions and exchanges on issues such as maritime court jurisdiction, trial, and enforcement.

Finally, President Shi Hongping said, "The opinions and suggestions put forward by all lawyers are very effective, which is a concrete manifestation and practice of promoting the construction of a legal community. It will provide useful reference and new ideas for the current maritime and maritime legal practice
