2023年3月3日，台州市破产管理人协会第二届会员大会在椒江凤凰山庄隆重举行。会议选举产生了第二届理事、监事单位，并公布了2022年度表彰名单。我所荣获“优秀管理人”称号。

随后，第二届理事会第一次会议进行了选举，本所荣幸成为副会长单位，冯懿律师当选副会长。

2023年3月7日，浙江省破产管理人协会第二届会员大会、第二届理事会第一次会议、第二届监事会第一次会议在杭州之江饭店顺利召开，本所当选为第二届理事会理事单位。

利群破产业务团队

利群所作为2007年浙江省高级人民法院确定的第一批入册管理人，在长期的办案过程中积累了丰富的破产实务经验。

目前，利群所已组建以冯懿律师为负责人，包含十余名律师、律师助理的固定破产业务团队，单独或以联合管理人方式办理了各类型企业破产和个人债务集中清理案件170余件，其中不乏浙江省首例地税机关申请企业破产清算案、台州市首批个人债务清理案等多个具有示范性、典型性、代表性的破产清算案件。

团队办理的黄某华个人债务清理案入选了“2020年浙江法院个人债务集中清理典型案例”及“2020年台州法院个人债务清理审判典型案例”、余某娜个人债务清理案入选了“2020年台州法院个人债务清理审判典型案例”。律所及个人多次获得台州市破产管理人协会“优秀管理人”、“先进个人”、“优秀调研员”称号。

On March 3, 2023, the second general meeting of the Taizhou Bankruptcy Administrators Association was grandly held in Fenghuang Mountain Villa, Jiaojiang. The meeting elected the second board of directors and supervisory units, and announced the list of commendations for the year 2022. I have been awarded the title of "Excellent Manager".

Subsequently, the election was held at the first meeting of the second council, and our firm was honored to become the vice president unit. Lawyer Feng Yi was elected as the vice president.

On March 7, 2023, the second general meeting of the members of the Zhejiang Bankruptcy Administrators Association, the first meeting of the second board of directors, and the first meeting of the second board of supervisors were successfully held at the Zhijiang Hotel in Hangzhou. Our company was elected as a member unit of the second board of directors.

Liqun Bankruptcy Business Team

Liqun Office, as the first batch of registered administrators determined by the High people's court of Zhejiang Province in 2007, has accumulated rich experience in bankruptcy practice in the long-term process of handling cases.

At present, Liqun Institute has established a fixed bankruptcy business team led by Lawyer Feng Yi, including more than ten lawyers and legal assistants. They have handled more than 170 cases of various types of enterprise bankruptcy and personal debt centralized liquidation, either individually or as joint managers. Among them, there are several exemplary and typical cases, including the first local tax authority application for enterprise bankruptcy liquidation in Zhejiang Province and the first batch of personal debt liquidation cases in Taizhou City Representative bankruptcy liquidation cases.

The personal debt liquidation case handled by the team, Huang Mouhua, was selected as a "2020 Zhejiang Court Personal Debt Centralized Liquidation Typical Case" and "2020 Taizhou Court Personal Debt Liquidation Trial Typical Case", while Yu Mouna's personal debt liquidation case was selected as a "2020 Taizhou Court Personal Debt Liquidation Trial Typical Case". Law firms and individuals have won the titles of "Excellent Manager", "exemplary individual" and "Excellent Investigator" of Taizhou Bankruptcy Administrator Association for many times.
