2022年11月18日，由省律协主办、绍兴市律协协办的第十二届浙江律师论坛在浙江绍兴市成功举办，本届论坛以“共同富裕与法律服务”为主题，聚焦律师理论和实务前沿，展示新视野、新思路、新方法，引领行业高质量发展。

在全省律师的积极参与下，本届论坛收到各市律师协会和省律协各专业委员会提交的论文共300篇。经过严格评选，最终选出66篇优秀论文，其中一等奖10篇，二等奖20篇，三等奖36篇。

我所何良雄、江宁律师撰写的《论公知常识在专利授权行政程序中的认定规则》荣获论文一等奖，何良雄律师上台作交流发言。

汪文琦、徐文婷律师撰写的《著作权法与反不正当竞争法双重保护的类型化及适用规则研究——以125件案例为基础的实证研究》荣获论文二等奖。

此次论文获奖，充分体现了利群律师在法律实践和学术理论领域的扎实功底，这既是对我所律师的肯定，同时也是一种鞭策。利群所将始终坚持理论与实务并重，积极引导律师提升法学理论与业务水平，培养出更多高素质的律师人才，为法治建设贡献利群力量。

On November 18, 2022, the 12th Shaoxing Lawyers' Forum, hosted by the Shaoxing Lawyers' Association and co organized by the Shaoxing Lawyers' Association, was successfully held in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. With the theme of "Common prosperity and legal services", this forum focused on the forefront of lawyers' theory and practice, demonstrated new vision, new ideas and new methods, and led the high-quality development of the industry.

With the active participation of lawyers throughout the province, this forum received a total of 300 papers submitted by various city bar associations and professional committees of provincial bar associations. After strict selection, 66 excellent papers were ultimately selected, including 10 first prize papers, 20 second prize papers, and 36 third prize papers.

Lawyers He Liangxiong and Jiang Ning from our institute won the first prize for their paper "On the Recognition Rules of Public Knowledge in Patent Authorization Administrative Procedures". Lawyer He Liangxiong delivered a speech on stage.

Wang Wenqi and Xu Wenting won the second prize of the paper for their research on the typology and applicable rules of dual protection of copyright law and anti Unfair competition law - empirical research based on 125 cases.

The award for this paper fully reflects the solid foundation of lawyer Liqun in legal practice and academic theory, which is not only an affirmation of my lawyer, but also a spur. Liqun Institute will always adhere to the equal emphasis on theory and practice, actively guide lawyers to improve their legal theory and professional level, cultivate more high-quality lawyer talents, and contribute to the construction of the rule of law.
