近日，利群所顾问、高级合伙人李中年律师受邀到台州市立医院开展《医疗纠纷案件中的法律风险防范》专题讲座。讲座由台州市立医院党委副书记、副院长牟永华主持，医院各科室负责人、医护人员通过线上、线下的方式参加了本次讲座。

医疗纠纷案件具有专业性强、审理难度大、审理周期长、易引发社会舆论等特点，李律师结合《民法典》相较于《侵权责任法》中关于医疗纠纷的重点修订之处，对《民法典》中相关法条用通俗易懂的语言进行了对照讲解。同时通过对《医疗事故处理条例》的局限性及法律风险典型案例的剖析，阐述了医疗纠纷的应对与预防之策。

讲座结束后，大家纷纷表示：此次培训内容针对性强，实用性高，通过本次讲座，对医疗纠纷的相关法律知识有了更深层次、更系统性的认识，对以后维护自身合法权益大有裨益。

Recently, Li Zhongzhong, a consultant and senior partner of Liqun Institute, was invited to give a special lecture on "Legal Risk Prevention in Medical Dispute Cases" at Taizhou Municipal Hospital. The lecture was presided over by Mou Yonghua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Taizhou Municipal Hospital. The heads of various departments and medical staff of the hospital participated in the lecture through online and offline means.

Medical dispute cases are characterized by strong professionalism, great difficulty in trial, long trial cycle, and easy to trigger public opinion. Lawyer Li, in combination with the key revisions of the Civil code in relation to medical disputes compared with the Tort Liability Law, explained the relevant provisions of the Civil code in plain language. At the same time, by analyzing the limitations of the "Regulations on the Handling of Medical Accidents" and typical cases of legal risks, strategies for responding to and preventing medical disputes were elaborated.

After the lecture, everyone expressed that the training content was highly targeted and practical.
