闫龙华律师

闫龙华律师，浙江利群律师事务所民商部副主任、婚姻家事部副主任。从事律师工作十余年，曾获2012-2015年度优秀青年律师、台州市“251”人才培育计划律师骨干人才等称号。闫律师曾担任台州市律师协会建筑与房地产委员会和法律顾问专业委员会委员等，现担任台州市律师协会婚姻家庭委员会副主任、台州市律师代表大会律师代表。执业期间，参与多家公司的法律顾问工作，包括建设工程争议及破产重整等；代理涉合同、婚姻、继承等多起民商事案件；为多名被告人给予刑事辩护，罪名涉及污染环境、破坏计算机信息系统、虚开增值税专用发票等。  闫律师撰写的《浅议律师担任企业法律顾问制度》《司法判例中的让与担保》《浅谈金融借款合同纠纷中的涉夫妻债务认定》在台州市律师理论实务研讨会获奖。

江宁律师

江宁律师，毕业于浙江工业大学，取得法学学士学位。江律师自2013年6月起进入浙江利群事务所从业至今，主要从业领域包括知识产权、民商事诉讼、金融保险等多个领域，现任台州市律师协会知识产权委员会委员副秘书长，并入选台州市律师行业“251”精英人才。

江律师对于知识产权领域的处理经验尤为丰富。曾参加以“知识产权”为主题的第五期浙江省青年律师训练营以及浙江省律师协会举办的企业知识产权竞争策略实务研修班，执业至今坚持知识产权领域的专业研究，长期致力于企业知识产权维权、商标授权确权行政诉讼、企业知识产权法律风险的诊断与防范等，曾为国内多家知名企业提供知识产权法律服务。

从业以来，江律师根据执业中的心得体会，撰写了多篇专业文章：2020年10月，撰写《坚守亦或突破：论地域性原则在商标诉讼中的适用》一文荣获第十届浙江律师论坛论文二等奖；2021年7月，撰写《论弱人工智能创作物的作品属性和权利归属》一文获台州市2021年度律师行业优秀论文研讨会优胜奖。

杨帆律师

杨帆律师，执业十多年以来，专注于刑事辩护和婚姻家事纠纷领域，具有较丰富的法律服务经验，尤其是在刑事辩护领域，至今已办理上百件刑事辩护案件，在一些案件的办理过程中也取得了不错的辩护效果，如杨某某故意杀人案、张某涉嫌销售假冒注册商标案 、徐某某涉嫌非法经营罪案 、张某某涉嫌故意毁坏财物罪案等等，积累了较为丰富的办案经验。目前系台州市律师协会刑事专业委员会委员、台州市重特大刑事法律援助辩护团成员。自执业以来，以“客户至上”为宗旨，秉承“专业、勤勉、尽责”的服务理念，树立了良好的社会形象，赢得了客户的高度认可。

张文中律师

张文中律师，中共党员，西南政法大学法学硕士，浙江省县级青年律师骨干人才、台州市律师协会“251”青年律师精英人才。致力提升业务水准，提供优质法律服务，现主要业务方向为商事争议解决及企事业单位常年法律顾问。重视律师实务与理论研讨，执业五年来，先后担任两项台州市政法委、法学会课题主研工作，在第六届、第九届、第十届浙江省律师论坛论文获奖，在2016年度、2019年度、2020年度台州市律师理论实务研讨会获奖，参与编著的法律产品入选台州市律师协会第一届优秀法律服务产品。

张梁律师

张梁律师，现任浙江利群律师事务所刑事部副主任，主要从事刑事辩护、刑事被害人代理、刑事控告、企业合规等实务工作，从业十二余年来办理了大量重大、复杂、疑难、有影响力的刑事案件，依法为当事人争取到取保候审、不予批捕、缓刑以及通过有效辩护取得非罪、罪轻的良好效果。

张律师还担任台州市律师协会青年律师委员会委员，入选台州市重特大刑事法律援助辩护团、台州市法律援助中心驻台州市公安局工作站值班律师、台州市看守所工作站值班律师。先后荣获椒江区司法行政系统先进个人，台州市第二届律师辩论赛团体第一名，首届台州市青年律师训练营优秀学员，台州市优秀青年律师，第二届浙江省青年骨干律师培训班学员等荣誉。

Lawyer Yan Longhua

Lawyer Yan Longhua, Deputy Director of the Civil and Commercial Department and Deputy Director of the Marriage and Family Affairs Department of Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm. I have been working as a lawyer for over ten years and have been awarded titles such as Outstanding Young Lawyer for the 2012-2015 period and Backbone Lawyer for the "251" Talent Cultivation Plan in Taizhou City. Lawyer Yan has served as a member of the Construction and Real Estate Committee and the Legal Advisory Professional Committee of the Taizhou Lawyers Association. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Director of the Marriage and Family Committee of the Taizhou Lawyers Association and a lawyer representative of the Taizhou Lawyers' Congress. During my practice, I participated in legal advisory work for multiple companies, including construction project disputes and bankruptcy restructuring; Acting in multiple civil and commercial cases involving contracts, marriage, inheritance, etc; Providing criminal defense for multiple defendants, with charges related to environmental pollution, damage to computer information systems, and false issuance of value-added tax invoices. Lawyer Yan's "Brief Discussion on the System of Lawyers Serving as Corporate Legal Advisers", "Assignment Guarantee in Judicial Precedents", and "Discussion on the Recognition of Marital Debt in Financial Loan Contract Disputes" won awards at the Taizhou Lawyers' Theory and Practice Seminar.

Lawyer Jiang Ning

Lawyer Jiang Ning, graduated from Zhejiang University of Technology with a Bachelor of Laws degree. Lawyer Jiang has been working at Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm since June 2013, mainly in various fields such as intellectual property, civil and commercial litigation, finance and insurance. He is currently the Deputy Secretary General of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Taizhou Lawyers Association and has been selected as the "251" Elite Talent in the Taizhou Lawyers Industry.

Lawyer Jiang has particularly rich experience in handling intellectual property rights. He has participated in the fifth Zhejiang Young Lawyers Training Camp with the theme of "intellectual property" and the practical seminar on Porter's generic strategies of enterprise intellectual property held by Zhejiang Lawyers Association. Since his practice, he has adhered to professional research in the field of intellectual property, and has been committed to the protection of enterprise intellectual property rights, administrative litigation for trademark authorization and confirmation, diagnosis and prevention of legal risks of enterprise intellectual property, I have provided intellectual property legal services to multiple well-known domestic enterprises.

Since his employment, Lawyer Jiang has written multiple professional articles based on his experience in practice. In October 2020, he won the second prize in the 10th Zhejiang Lawyers Forum for his article "Adherence or Breakthrough: Application of Regional Principles in Trademark Litigation"; In July 2021, the article "On the Attribute and Ownership of Works of Weak Artificial Intelligence Creations" won the Excellence Award at the 2021 Lawyer Industry Excellent Paper Seminar in Taizhou City.

Lawyer Yang Fan

Lawyer Yang Fan, who has been practicing for more than ten years, has focused on the fields of criminal defense and marital and family disputes. He has rich legal service experience, especially in the field of criminal defense. He has handled over a hundred criminal defense cases to date, and has achieved good defense results in some cases, such as Yang's intentional homicide case, Zhang's suspected sale of counterfeit registered trademarks case, Xu's suspected illegal business case Zhang is suspected of intentionally damaging property and other crimes, and has accumulated rich experience in handling cases. Currently, he is a member of the Criminal Professional Committee of the Taizhou Lawyers Association and a member of the Taizhou Major Criminal Legal Aid Defense Team. Since practicing, with the principle of "customer first" and the service philosophy of "professionalism, diligence, and responsibility", we have established a good social image and won high recognition from customers.

Lawyer Zhang Wenzhong

Lawyer Zhang Wenzhong, a member of the Communist Party of China, is a Master of Laws of Southwest University of Political Science&Law, a key young lawyer at the county level in Zhejiang Province, and a "251" young lawyer elite of Taizhou Lawyers Association. Committed to improving business standards and providing high-quality legal services, our main business direction is commercial dispute resolution and year-round legal counsel for enterprises and institutions. I attach great importance to lawyer practice and theoretical research. Over the past five years of practice, I have served as the lead researcher for two projects at the Taizhou Municipal Political and Legal Commission and the Law Society. I won awards for papers at the 6th, 9th, and 10th Zhejiang Lawyer Forum, and won awards at the Taizhou Lawyer Theory and Practice Seminars in 2016, 2019, and 2020. The legal products I participated in writing were selected as the first excellent legal service products of the Taizhou Lawyer Association.

Lawyer Zhang Liang

Lawyer Zhang Liang, currently the Deputy Director of the Criminal Department of Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm, mainly engages in practical work such as criminal defense, criminal victim representation, criminal prosecution, and corporate compliance. Over the past twelve years of practice, he has handled a large number of major, complex, difficult, and influential criminal cases, and has legally obtained good results for the parties involved in obtaining bail, not granting arrest, probation, and obtaining non criminal and lenient results through effective defense.

Lawyer Zhang also served as a member of the Youth Lawyer Committee of the Taizhou Lawyers Association, and was selected as a member of the Taizhou Major Criminal Legal Aid Defense Group, the workstation duty lawyer of Taizhou Legal Aid Center in Taizhou Public Security Bureau, and the workstation duty lawyer of Taizhou Detention center. It has successively won the honors of exemplary individual of the Judicial Administration System of Jiaojiang District, the first prize of the second Taizhou Lawyer Debate Competition, the outstanding student of the first Taizhou Youth Lawyer Training Camp, the outstanding young lawyer of Taizhou, and the student of the second Zhejiang Youth Key Lawyer Training Class.
