在变化的世界中拥抱最具幸福感的律所

数月前，两位实习生在心得体会里分别写道：

所里的微信群名是“利群大家庭”，所如其名，每一个人都让这里变得更加温馨。在这里，我不仅得到了实务的锻炼，也学会了如何与人相处。多次组织的实习生座谈会，李姐在夏天中午准备的水果，下班回家时“是否顺路，载你一程”的询问，以及各位律师时常给我的真诚的职业建议。从学习规划、职业选择到家庭关系，我有着多数大学生都有的迷茫。每个人的经历都不可复制，但我仍十分感谢每一次的闲谈。律所里过来人的心路历程总能给我以启发，并有效缓解各种焦虑。

     每个人大概都会有过一些十分遥远的理想，然而沉下心来踏踏实实做事才发现，眼前每一件事都并非易事，走的每一步路都有它的意义。在未来不知道哪个时刻，这段回忆会开始熠熠生辉，照耀前行的路，为迷茫的我指引方向、提供勇气。我明白，经过时间的发酵，我现在所学到的业务技巧会内化为我工作能力的一部分，而在这段时间中感受到的利群大家庭的温暖也会在今后跌倒又爬起的日子里一直鼓舞着我，每每想起便更有坚持向上的力量。我十分感激每一位向我微笑的同事，每一位选择相信我并与我并肩合作的朋友，对当下怀抱敬畏，是我最诚恳的致谢。

读完她俩的话，我在当天的工作日志中写下这样一段文字——在利群，只要这样的年轻人越来越多，我们终将找到属于自己心灵的桃花源！

创始合伙人：周显根

袅袅，与你携手，望你缭绕上升，消之于无形，吸一口，经全身而喷出。此种享受，非老烟枪周显根莫属。

他很“痞”。

利群所办公区域不许抽烟，他却难以控制，经常违反制度。

我曾多次劝他，为了健康将烟戒掉吧。

他却说：“抽了几十年的香烟，已变成朋友。如果几十年的朋友，可以一下子抛弃，这种人，薄情得很，你要小心。” 

我听后，不禁大笑。

为了你的手指不寂寞，就继续在你的小房间里和你的袅袅亲热吧！

他很倔。

律所每年举行趣味运动会，其中一项是拔河比赛。本来其身体不允许他参加激烈运动，但他不想拖小组的后腿，非参加不可，鞋子一扔，赤脚上阵，还说爱拼才会赢！

没来利群之前，听到同行对他评价最多的二个词是独裁、霸道；甚至有人用如履薄冰这个词，来形容我易主利群的处境。

相处时间久了，才发现——哥，不是传说中的哥。

他很细。

他经常劝我别追求完美，但他自己考虑问题的周到和细致，却要胜过一般年轻人。乍看他，以为是粗人，实际粗中有细。

如今的利群，人员将近八十，要领航这样一家老牌的大所，确是件不容易的事。我在管理中遇到困惑时，第一时间就会想到显根。

看过这样一段话：和频率相同的人在一起，无须过多言语，就能知你内心想法；不必委曲求全，就能相处自在。

我和显根都是性情中人，喜欢坦诚相见；都是急性子，办事讲效率；都力主阅读与写作；都倡导先自己寻找答案、后请教别人的学风，在诸多方面有相似或相近的认识。故而近3年下来，我俩几乎没有红过脸。

论年龄，周律师60不到；论业务，依然独领风骚，他完全可以继续领导利群若干年。但其没有留恋，选择急流勇退，主动将律所管理的接力棒交给中青年律师。这对一家发展已经20多年的老牌大所来说，着实不易。

他高瞻远瞩的胸襟，高屋建瓴的智慧，在行业内赢得大家纷纷点赞。正如宋代王安石诗《登飞来峰》中所云：“不畏浮云遮望眼，自缘身在最高层。”

什么是朋友？《佛说孛经》中说，“友有四品”：“有友如花，有友如秤，有友如山，有友如地。”

在我眼中，显根算是如山如地的朋友。

他喜欢喝酒，跟他相交，“好比饮味道浓厚的美酒，不知不觉就醉了。”

余生，有携手同行的人，是缘分；有相知相惜的人，是福分。

大管家：李彩英

写利群，有个人是绕不过去的，她就是被大伙尊为“大管家”的李彩英。平时，利群人亲切地称她为李姐。

李姐的本职岗位是出纳。出纳工作的基本要求是，收支计算、工资造册要准确无误。我当律所主任十几年来，期间经历过多名出纳。坦白地说，李姐是我见过的出纳当中——差错最少、工作最细致的一位。

李姐虽任出纳，但她又是一名勤务员。所里不属于其他行政人员职责的事务，都算她的。她从不计较，更不抱怨。这也是利群“大管家”尊号的由来。

李姐特有爱心。比如，去年春节放假时间，原定南方小年即农历12月24日。有的合伙人觉得有点早，李姐就主动提出，让远道而来的行政人员先回家，她们几个本地的迟点放假。

李姐是个工作起来不分白昼、不分节假日的人。利群的事，她桩桩看在眼里，件件想在心上，时时挂在嘴边。

十多年来，李姐一直有着浓浓的家国情怀，并热切地爱着利群这个大家庭。我常夸她已将律所真正当成了自己的家。

李姐嗓门大，可能跟她气足有关。她呼喊某某人时，声音响彻整个卡座，但大家都习以为常了。

别看李姐嗓门大，有时在我面前，她天真的像个孩子，急了就对我嘟着嘴。莫非如尼采所说：“一个人真正的成熟，就是重新走向孩子般的清澈。”

她喜欢吃冰棍。一旦入夏，办公室里的冰棍是少不了的。受她陶染，我也会时不时地去掀冰箱门，挑根冰棍尝尝。

“人间有味是清欢。”繁忙的工作中，舔一根甜甜的冰棍，哪怕是片刻的清欢，也会带给你一番别样的感受。

妇女也顶半边天，巾帼何曾让须眉。今年“三八”节，我让行政部事先准备好鲜花和巧克力，自己一大早来到办公室电梯口等候，想给所里的女神一个Surprise！

李姐见我要向她献花，就一溜烟地躲进财务室。负责拍照的行政人员小周俏皮地问：“李姐，这辈子有无男人给你送过鲜花？”

“还没有”。”李姐绯红了脸，怯声怯气地答道。

那一刻，让我想到了徐志摩的诗——最是那一低头的温柔，像一朵水莲花不胜凉风的娇羞。

镇所之宝：张文中

张文中律师是个漂亮的人。

官司打的漂亮，从业以来经办了不少有意义的案件；人的样子漂亮，1米85的个头（利群第一高，可能跟他的饭量有关），脸上还长着两块红扑扑的苹果肌；文章写得漂亮，单看他获奖的论文，你就知道厉害了；篮球也打的漂亮，尽管身体显得臃肿，但他在球场上的灵活性一点也不逊色。

文中为人很随和，我没见他发过脾气；说话慢条斯理，从无疾言厉色。同事们私底下都议论他师承柳泖律师之故。

文中饭量惊人，号称利群第一碗。他常挂嘴边的一句话是：加强营养。有人瘦了，说要加强营养；有人胖了，说要加强营养；有人逢喜事，说要加强营养；有人不开心，说要加强营养。害得大家一见面，第一句话便是：加强营养。

利群不乏风趣幽默的律师，张文中是其中的一位。富有幽默感的人，大都很用心。今年春节，文中给我发了条微信：“主任，新年好！年年有瑜，伽庭幸福。”既暖心，又有创意。

文中做事有板有眼。去年暑假，台州律协举办第二届青训营，课程中设有民法典知识竞赛，我便委托他出题。试卷深受学员好评，连青训营导师吴清旺律师都说要带一张考卷回去。

张文中是一位一肚子学问、为人率真、挺讲奉献的优秀青年律师。利群家庭中，数他头衔最多：支部宣传委员、利群青工部委员、《利群律师》主编、利群名家大讲坛组委会成员、利群公益法治宣讲团讲师、利群篮球队主力队员等。

说他是“镇所之宝”，一点也不过。

今年开始，我突然发现张文中律师变了。之前在群里很活跃，小年青向他请教有问必答，很有耐心；现在群里很少发声，也不说“加强营养”了。

一打听，原来他和媳妇计划今年造人。

林清玄曾说：“能够一鸣惊人的，必定在不鸣则已的时候养精蓄锐；能够动如脱兔的，必定在他静如处子时洞察入微。”

想必，文中是为了育儿而养精蓄锐，蓄势待发。

我对张文中律师所知依然有限，希望熟知的人把他好好写一写。

当然，利群的许多律师都应该有人好好地写一写。

老司机：张梁

初识张梁律师，是在台州律协首届青训营。当时，利群还没重组，张梁是在老东家海豪所执业。

在青训营开班仪式上，他代表全体学员做了题为“在最美的秋日，遇见最美的我们”的表态发言。

声音清脆，文采斐然，让我眼前一亮。

我顺手翻了下青训营工作手册，其中接送组中，就印着张梁的名字。

三天的青训，日程满满。律协青工委邀请了杭城两位嘉宾授课，全由张梁一人负责接送。从临海羊岩山庄（青训营基地）到台州黄岩动车站，山路十八弯，且一来一回就要个把小时，张梁没有一句怨言，车子又开得稳。

利群重组后，我有幸和张梁成为同事，相处的时间就多了。利群活动丰富，模拟法庭、法律文化节、名家大讲坛、论文研讨会、青年律师辩论赛……。活动免不了有嘉宾出席，每次张梁都自告奋勇做司机。

他接送，我就放心。

张梁，名副其实的——利群老司机。

文字体现着一个人的思维能力和相应的表达能力。这两个能力，张梁律师都具备，也都出色。

去年年会，我指定张梁作为专业部门代表发言，他骄傲地说：

我们重组后的利群是台州第一大所，碍于广告法对外不能这么宣传，但在我心里就是第一大所，第一意味着什么？不但人数上、业务量上、理论水平上、办案质量上这些最基本的要素要第一，知名度、美誉度更要第一，当然文体比赛也不允许变老二。赛前我曾在篮球群里开玩笑说“要是晚上输给海贸，篮球队就地解散”，但多少句大实话是通过开玩笑的形式讲出来的。所以在比赛中，尽管我们只有6个半名队员出场（那半个是李明峰，因为他打了一半去接儿子了），尽管胖的胖，瘦的瘦，但我们每名队员都不愧是利群人，尹朝辉用瘦弱的身躯去顶对方一米九几的大汉，贤超、文中、我都拼到抽筋，我们最终赢了海贸。

张梁说这番话时，我的眼眶禁不住湿润了。

回想庆功宴当晚，平时不喝酒的我，主动连干几杯，后将老司机的座驾吐得满目疮痍。在此，我要说声Sorry。

哪怕还剩一秒，也要拼了命！永不言败的拼搏精神在张梁身上闪闪发光。

“强者不是没有眼泪，他只是含泪奔跑。”

关注利群的人知道，我到利群不久，组建了两支队伍，一支是篮球队，另一支是辩论队。

张梁是篮球队队长。篮球队每次比赛，只要时间挤得出，我都会到场助威呐喊。无论是代表单位，还是代表律协出战，张梁都以披荆斩棘、顽强拼搏的老黄牛精神认真对待每一场比赛：

比分领先时，他会提醒队友，不能松懈，要一鼓作气战斗到最后；比分落后时，他会激励队友，鼓舞大家士气，告诫队友树立信心，相信自己，要拼到最后。

这使他成为利群篮球队的精神领袖。他以实际行动为全队做出了榜样，打出了属于自己的一片天。

赛场上，张梁律师用实力赢得了对手的尊重；赛场下的他开朗、诙谐、大方，同样为大家津津乐道。

张梁，是我们利群大家庭最可亲的家人之一。

利群重组后的第一年即2019年10月22日，我主持召开青年律师座谈会。会上，有些年轻律师嫌我管的太多、管的太细，表现出不耐烦。

我在会上坦承自己管了一些不该管的；但我是，哑巴被驴踢——有苦说不出。

翌日早上07：59，我收到李笑笑律师发来的微信：

王律师，我觉得你管得挺好的，没处在你的位置，哪里懂得你的辛苦。要是人人不管，就都乱套了。现在所里人多，问题肯定会多，每个律师又都有自己的个性。其实我们有些年轻律师看着也觉得你特别不容易，我跟他们沟通过，大部分都很通情达理，觉得能配合你的工作都尽量配合，别让你再多操心。希望在你领导下越来越好，加油！

说实在，笑笑给我发这样这段暖心的话，我意想不到。因为我既未带她办过案，也未给她推介过业务。说的直白点，我没有关照过她。

人世浮沉中，难免会受伤、失意、困顿、迷茫……。在你有苦难诉的时候，身边有人知你冷暖，懂你悲欢，给予安慰，你会顿感幸甚！

时至今日，我还珍藏着这则微信，已成为我最不舍删除的记忆之一。

笑容是最美的表情。李笑笑，人如其名。笑笑的脸上总洋溢着怡悦的笑意，只要她在，办公室里就缺不了欢歌笑语。

平时，笑笑喜欢喊我“新平哥”，把我当作亲近的人。

我觉得一个温暖、充满人情味的大家庭，先须做到“没大没小”。主任让人敬畏，最没意思。因为我们和员工是共同创造事业的合作伙伴，是平等、和谐的利益共同体，而不是单纯的聘用关系，更不是君臣关系。

属下是用来关怀的，而不是用来发号施令的。我喜欢“新平哥”“王律师”等类似称呼。

去年1月18日，笑笑结婚，请我做证婚人。我欣然应允，并倍感荣幸。

记得在婚礼上，我说过这样一段祝词：

此时此刻，此景此情，如果大家问我，爱情是什么？爱情就是平常的相依相伴，爱情就是笑着接受彼此的皱纹和白发。婚姻是快乐的，婚姻是幸福的，婚礼就是为了奔向更美好的快乐和更美好的幸福。当然在路途中，会有困难和障碍，但唯有信念和信任是坚持的保证。

笑笑目不转睛地听我说，眼角却含着泪水。

这是我头回见到她流泪。我心里明白，这是幸福的泪花！

写到这里，我要正告笑笑的老公：

凯伟，对笑笑好，你就是我的亲人；对笑笑不好，你就是我的仇人。

记忆和时间，双向奔跑的河流。

再过几个月，就是新・利群正式启动重组三周年了。在第三个生日即将来临之际，我节选五位家庭成员来勾勒律所重组后的画卷，握着手中的笔，字里行间充满了情深意境的交错。

利群的兄弟姐妹们，每个人都是一盏灯，各自闪耀、各自璀璨、各有不同。故而，值得记录的，绝不仅仅是这五位。

这是一个纯真、可爱的大家庭，这是一个充满活力、希望的大家庭，这是一个面积有限、温馨无限的大家庭。

在经历第一年的相许，第二年的相恋，第三年的相守之后，利群进入了稳健发展的新阶段。

未来，我们会更加自信，我们会更加坚定，我们会更加谦卑，我们会更加和合，我们也会更加温暖！

A few months ago, two interns wrote in their personal experiences:

The WeChat group name inside is "Liqun Family", and as its name suggests, everyone makes this place even more warm. Here, I not only gained practical training, but also learned how to get along with people. I have organized multiple interns' symposiums, including the fruit prepared by Sister Li at noon in the summer, the inquiry of 'whether it's a good way to take you on the way home from work', and the sincere professional advice that lawyers often give me. From learning planning, career choices, to family relationships, I have the confusion that most college students have. Everyone's experience cannot be replicated, but I am still very grateful for every chat. The psychological journey of people who come to law firms can always inspire me and effectively alleviate various anxieties.

Everyone may have had some very distant ideals, but when they sink down and work steadfastly, they realize that everything in front of them is not easy, and every step they take has its meaning. At an unknown moment in the future, this memory will begin to shine brightly, illuminating the way forward, guiding and providing courage for my confused self. I understand that over time, the business skills I have learned now will be internalized as a part of my work abilities, and the warmth of the big family that I have experienced during this time will continue to inspire me in the days when I fall and rise again, and every time I think of it, I will have a more determined and upward force. I am very grateful to every colleague who smiles at me, every friend who chooses to believe in me and work with me side by side, and holding in awe of the present is my most sincere gratitude.

After reading their words, I wrote a paragraph in my daily work diary that day - in Liqun, as long as there are more and more young people like this, we will eventually find a peach blossom paradise that belongs to our own hearts!

Founding Partner: Zhou Xiangen

Niao Niao, holding hands with you, watching you curl up and disappear invisibly. Take a sip and exhale through your entire body. This kind of enjoyment belongs to veteran smoker Zhou Xiangen.

He is very naughty.

Smoking is not allowed in the office area of Liqun Office, but he is difficult to control and often violates the regulations.

I have advised him multiple times to quit smoking for the sake of health.

He said, "A cigarette that has been smoking for decades has become a friend. If a friend who has been smoking for decades can be abandoned at once, this kind of person is very sentimental, you should be careful

After listening, I couldn't help but laugh.

For your fingers not to be lonely, continue to be intimate with you in your small room!

He is very stubborn.

The law firm holds fun sports events every year, one of which is the tug of war competition. Originally, his body did not allow him to participate in intense sports, but he did not want to drag the back of the group and had to participate. He threw his shoes and went barefoot in battle, even saying that he would only win if he fought hard!

Before coming to Liqun, I heard that the two words that my peers rated him the most were dictatorship and domineering; Some even use the term 'like walking on thin ice' to describe my situation of changing ownership and benefiting the masses.

After spending a long time together, I realized that - Brother, not the legendary brother.

He is very meticulous.

He often advises me not to pursue perfection, but his own thoughtful and meticulous consideration of problems surpasses that of ordinary young people. At first glance, he thought he was a rough person, but in reality, he was thick and thin.

Nowadays, Liqun has nearly 80 personnel, and it is indeed not easy to navigate such an old and prestigious institution. When I encounter confusion in management, I immediately think of Xiangen.

I have read this passage: With people of the same frequency, you don't need to speak too much to know your inner thoughts; You don't have to compromise, you can get along easily.

Both Xiangen and I are human beings and enjoy meeting each other honestly; They are all acute, emphasizing efficiency in handling affairs; Both advocate reading and writing; They advocate a learning style of first finding answers on their own and then consulting others, and have similar or similar understandings in many aspects. Therefore, in the past three years, we have hardly blushed.

In terms of age, Lawyer Zhou is under 60; In terms of business, he still leads the pack and can continue to lead Liqun for several years. But he did not linger and chose to retreat bravely, voluntarily handing over the baton managed by the law firm to middle-aged and young lawyers. This is not easy for an established large company that has been developing for more than 20 years.

His visionary mind and strategic wisdom have won praise from everyone in the industry. As Wang Anshi of the Song Dynasty wrote in his poem "Climbing the Flying Peak": "Not afraid of floating clouds covering your eyes, you are at the highest level

What is a friend? In the Buddha Sutra, it is said that "Friends have four qualities": "Friends are like flowers, friends are like scales, friends are like mountains, and friends are like the earth

In my eyes, Xiangen can be considered a friend like a mountain and earth.

He likes to drink alcohol and socializes with him, "It's like drinking strong flavored wine and getting drunk without realizing it

For the rest of my life, having people walking hand in hand is fate; Those who know and cherish each other are blessed.

Housekeeper: Li Caiying

Writing about Liqun, there is a person who cannot be bypassed. She is Li Caiying, who is respected by everyone as the "big butler". Usually, Li Jie is affectionately referred to by Li Qun people.

Ms. Li's current position is as a cashier. The basic requirement for cashier work is that the calculation of income and expenditure and the recording of wages must be accurate and accurate. I have been a law firm director for over a decade, during which I have experienced multiple cashiers. To be honest, Sister Li is one of the tellers I have ever seen - the one with the least mistakes and the most meticulous work.

Although Sister Li serves as a cashier, she is also an orderly. Any matters in the office that do not belong to the responsibilities of other administrative personnel are considered hers. She never cares, let alone complains. This is also the origin of the nickname "Big Butler" in Liqun.

Sister Li has a unique love. For example, last year's Spring Festival holiday was originally scheduled on December 24th of the Southern Chinese New Year. Some partners feel that it's a bit early, so Li took the initiative to ask the administrative staff who came from afar to go home first, and a few local staff would have a later holiday.

Li Jie is a person who works regardless of day or holiday. The matter of benefiting the masses was always in her eyes, every thought in her heart, and constantly on her lips.

For over a decade, Sister Li has always had a strong sense of patriotism and a fervent love for the large family of Liqun. I often boast that she has truly made the law firm her home.

Sister Li has a loud voice, which may be related to her anger. When she called out to someone, her voice rang through the entire booth, but everyone became accustomed to it.

Don't look at Sister Li's loud voice, sometimes in front of me, she's innocent like a child, and when she's in a hurry, she pouts at me. As Nietzsche said, "The true maturity of a person is to return to childlike clarity

She likes to eat popsicles. Once it's summer, there's no shortage of popsicles in the office. Influenced by her influence, I would occasionally open the refrigerator door and pick up an ice cream stick to taste.

In the midst of busy work, licking a sweet popsicle, even a moment of pure joy, can bring you a different feeling.

Women hold up half of the sky, and how can women ever surpass men. This year's March 8th Festival, I asked the administrative department to prepare flowers and chocolates in advance. I arrived at the office elevator early in the morning and waited, hoping to give the goddess in the office a Surprise!

Sister Li saw that I wanted to offer her flowers, so she quickly hid in the finance room. The administrative staff responsible for taking photos, Xiao Zhou, playfully asked, "Sister Li, has any man ever sent you flowers in this life

Not yet Sister Li blushed and timidly replied.

At that moment, it reminded me of Xu Zhimo's poem - the gentleness of bowing one's head, like a water lotus blooming in a cool breeze.

Treasure of the Town: Zhang Wenzhong

Lawyer Zhang Wenzhong is a beautiful person.

The lawsuit was handled beautifully, and I have handled many meaningful cases since I started working; The person has a beautiful appearance, with a height of 1.85 meters (the tallest in Liqun, possibly related to his appetite) and two red apple muscles on his face; The article is beautifully written, just look at his award-winning paper and you'll know it's impressive; Basketball is also played beautifully, although his body appears bulky, his flexibility on the court is not inferior at all.

The person in the article is very easygoing, and I have never seen him lose his temper; Speak slowly and logically, never speak harshly. Colleagues privately discuss the reason why he learned from Lawyer Liu Mao.

The article has an astonishing appetite and is known as the first bowl of the group. The phrase he often talks about is: strengthen nutrition. Some people lose weight and say they need to strengthen nutrition; Someone has gained weight and says they need to strengthen nutrition; Some people say they need to strengthen nutrition during happy events; Some people are unhappy and say they need to strengthen nutrition. As soon as everyone meets, the first sentence is: Strengthen nutrition.

Li Qun is full of witty and humorous lawyers, and Zhang Wenzhong is one of them. People with a sense of humor are mostly very attentive. This year's Spring Festival, the article sent me a WeChat message: "Good New Year, Director! Every year you have yoga and happiness in Jiating." It is both heartwarming and creative.

In the text, there is a systematic approach to doing things. Last summer vacation, the Taizhou Lawyers Association held the second youth training camp. There was a Civil code knowledge contest in the course, and I entrusted him to set the questions. The test paper was highly praised by the students, and even lawyer Wu Qingwang, the mentor of the youth training camp, said he wanted to bring a test paper back.

Zhang Wenzhong is an excellent young lawyer who is knowledgeable, straightforward, and dedicated. Among the Liqun family, he holds the most titles: member of the branch propaganda committee, member of the Liqun Youth Work Department, editor in chief of "Liqun Lawyer", member of the organizing committee of the Liqun Famous Lecture Hall, lecturer of the Liqun Public Welfare Rule of Law Lecture Group, and key member of the Liqun basketball team.

It's nothing to say that he is the 'treasure of the town'.

I first met Lawyer Zhang Liang at the first youth training camp of the Taizhou Law Association. At that time, Liqun had not yet reorganized, and Zhang Liang was practicing at his old employer, Hai Hao.

At the opening ceremony of the youth training camp, he made a statement on behalf of all the students titled "Meeting the Most Beautiful Us on the Most Beautiful Autumn Day".

The sound was crisp and the literary talent was brilliant, making my eyes shine.

I flipped through the work manual of the youth training camp, and the name of Zhang Liang was printed in the pick-up and drop off group.

Three days of youth training, with a full schedule. The Youth Working Committee of the Law Association invited two guests from Hangzhou to give lectures, all of whom were picked up and sent off by Zhang Liang alone. Last year's annual meeting, I designated Zhang Liang as the representative of the professional department to speak, and he proudly said:

People who follow Liqun know that shortly after I arrived in Liqun, I formed two teams: a basketball team and a debate team.

Zhang Liang is the captain of the basketball team. Every time the basketball team plays, as long as time is available, I will be there to cheer and shout. Whether representing the unit or representing the law association, Zhang Liang takes every game seriously with the spirit of overcoming obstacles and fighting tenaciously as an old scalper:

When the score is leading, he will remind his teammates not to slack off and to fight until the end; When the score falls behind, he will motivate his teammates, boost everyone's morale, and remind them to build confidence, believe in themselves, and fight until the end.

This made him the spiritual leader of the Liqun basketball team. He set an example for the entire team with practical actions and created his own sky.

On the field, Lawyer Zhang Liang won the respect of his opponents with his strength; Off the field, he is cheerful, witty, and generous, which is also talked about by everyone.

Zhang Liang is one of the most approachable members of our Liqun family.

In the first year after the restructuring of Liqun, on October 22, 2019, I presided over a symposium for young lawyers. At the meeting, some young lawyers complained that I was managing too much or too carefully, showing impatience.

I admitted at the meeting that I had taken care of some things that I shouldn't have taken care of; But I am, mute kicked by a donkey - there is pain that cannot be said.

The next morning at 07:59, I received a WeChat message from Lawyer Li Xiaoxiao:

Lawyer Wang, I think you manage it quite well. You're not in your position, how can you understand your hard work. If everyone doesn't care, everything will go haywire. Nowadays, with a large number of people in the office, there will definitely be many problems, and each lawyer has their own personality. To be honest, I didn't expect Xiaoxiao to send me such heartwarming words. Because I have neither taken her to handle the case nor recommended any business to her. To put it bluntly, I haven't taken care of her.

In the ups and downs of the world, it is inevitable to be injured, frustrated, trapped, and lost. When you have difficulties to complain about, when someone around you knows your warmth and sorrow, understands your joys and sorrows, and provides comfort, you will suddenly feel fortunate!
