《未成年人保护法（修订草案）》

经十三届全国人大常委会

第二十二次会议表决通过

该法自2021年6月1日起施行

为进一步增强青少年法治观念和自我保护意识，培养青少年良好品行，教育引导青少年健康成长，3月1日下午，“利群公益法治宣讲团”副团长蔡婉瑛律师来到椒江区第二中学，为学生带来了开学法治第一课——新《未成年人保护法》之解读，共90余名师生参加了此次讲座。

讲座伊始，蔡婉瑛律师通过校园霸凌事件、犯罪低龄化、未成年人沉迷网络及网络欺凌等问题分析了当前未成年人犯罪的现状。随后，蔡律师结合实际案例和未成年人生活实际，从家庭保护、学校保护、社会保护、网络保护、政府保护和司法保护六个方面展开讲述新修订《未成年人保护法》的相关法律知识，强调了自我保护、防止伤害的措施，以及如何应对学生欺凌，用法律捍卫自己的合法权益。

蔡律师采用讲授与提问互动的方式授课，时而讲解自己的观点，时而向同学们发出提问，留给学生们思考的空间。学生表现出了浓厚的兴趣，积极投入到授课中，满怀热情，各抒己见。讲座现场氛活跃，受到了师生的一致好评。

"少年强则国强"，未成年人是国家的希望，是民族的未来。近年来，利群所作为台州市妇女儿童维权服务站、台州市椒江区妇女儿童法律服务中心，重视未成年人权益保护工作，设立妇女儿童维权工作室，并针对未成年人身心发育过程和思想行为特点，以“利群公益法治宣讲团”为依托，多次开展送法进校园活动，帮助未成年人提高法律意识和自我保护能力，形成了良好的尊法、学法、守法、用法新风尚。

In order to further enhance the concept of the rule of law and self-protection awareness of young people, cultivate their good conduct, and educate and guide their healthy growth, on the afternoon of March 1, Cai Wanying, the deputy head of the "Liqun Publicity Group on the Rule of Law for Public Welfare", came to Jiaojiang District No. 2 Middle School, bringing the first lesson of the rule of law to students - the interpretation of the new Juvenile Protection Law. A total of more than 90 teachers and students attended the lecture.

At the beginning of the lecture, lawyer Cai Wanying analyzed the current situation of Juvenile delinquency through campus bullying, juvenile delinquency, minors' addiction to the Internet and cyber bullying. Subsequently, Lawyer Cai combined actual cases and the daily lives of minors to explain the relevant legal knowledge of the newly revised "Minors Protection Law" from six aspects: family protection, school protection, social protection, network protection, government protection, and judicial protection. He emphasized measures for self-protection and prevention of harm, as well as how to respond to student bullying and defend his legitimate rights and interests with the law.

Lawyer Cai teaches through interactive teaching and questioning methods, sometimes explaining his own views, and sometimes asking questions to his classmates, leaving them with room for reflection. The students showed a strong interest and actively participated in the teaching, full of enthusiasm and expressing their own opinions. The lecture was lively and received unanimous praise from teachers and students.

If the youth are strong, the country will be strong. Minors are the hope of the country and the future of the nation. In recent years, Liqun Institute, as Taizhou Women's and Children's Rights Protection Service Station and Taizhou Jiaojiang District Women's and Children's Legal Service Center, has attached importance to the protection of the rights of minors, set up a women's and children's rights protection studio, and based on the physical and mental development process and ideological and behavioral characteristics of minors, supported by the "Liqun Publicity Group for Public Welfare and Rule of Law", has repeatedly carried out activities to send the law to campus to help minors improve their legal awareness and self-protection ability, A good new trend of respecting, learning, observing, and using the law has been formed.
