12月14日晚，中共浙江利群律师事务所支部委员会在党员活动室召开支部党员大会，党支部委员及在所的全体党员律师参加了会议，发展对象和入党积极分子列席会议。会议由党支部书记王新平律师主持。

     一、政治学习

     会议第一项议程为政治学习，党支部书记王新平律师带领大家认真学习了十九届五中全会和省委十四届八次全会精神，重点学习了习近平总书记受中央政治局委托所作的工作报告和省委书记袁家军受省委常委会委托所作的工作报告。

     二、支部书记报告个人学习体会

     王新平书记围绕“贯彻新发展理念，展现新时代作为”这一主题，结合利群所实际和自身学习体会，就如何谋划好利群“一五”发展规划纲要，与大家进行了交流探讨。他指出，要以系统观念把握利群所“一五”规划，将利群摆到全省乃至全国的维度中去审视；要加强核心价值观和区域、业务、机构的精准定位，奋力走出一条有利群特色的律所发展新路。

     三、讨论接收预备党员

     此项议程主要针对“是否同意接收张梁律师为中共预备党员”进行表决。

     经发展对象张梁律师汇报对党的认识、入党动机、本人履历、家庭和主要社会关系情况，入党介绍人王新平、柳泖律师介绍其培养教育期间表现，以及支部委员会报告发展对象政审情况，由参会党员进行无记名表决，最后全票通过接收发展对象张梁律师为中共预备党员。

     四、通报党建工作

     王新平书记就2020年律所“三强双进”党组织考核验收情况、新确定的入党积极分子等党务工作向全体党员进行了通报。

     本次支部党员大会的顺利召开，为党支部工作增添了新鲜血液，增强了组织力量。同时，全体党员通过政治学习，提高了政治理论水平，明确了目标，为我所今后党建工作的推进打下坚实基础。

1、 Political learning

The first agenda item of the meeting was political learning. Lawyer Wang Xinping, Secretary of the Party Branch, led everyone to carefully study the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee and the Eighth Plenary Session of the 14th Provincial Party Committee, focusing on the work reports commissioned by the Central Political Bureau and the work reports commissioned by the Provincial Party Secretary by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

2、 Branch Secretary's Report on Personal Learning Experience

Secretary Wang Xinping focused on the theme of "implementing the new development concept and showcasing the achievements of the new era", combined with the actual situation of Liqun Institute and his own learning experience, and discussed with everyone how to plan the outline of Liqun's "First Five Year" development plan. He pointed out that it is necessary to grasp the "First Five Year Plan" of the benefit group with a systematic concept, and examine the benefit group in the dimensions of the province and even the whole country; We need to strengthen the core values and precise positioning of regions, businesses, and institutions, and strive to find a new path for the development of law firms with distinctive advantages.

3、 Discuss accepting probationary party members

This agenda mainly aims to vote on whether to accept Lawyer Zhang Liang as a probationary member of the Communist Party of China.

Lawyer Zhang Liang, the development target, reported his understanding of the Party, motivation for joining the Party, personal resume, family and major social relationships. Lawyers Wang Xinping and Liu Mao, the introducers for joining the Party, introduced his performance during the training and education period, and the branch committee reported the political review situation of the development target. The participating party members made an anonymous vote, and finally unanimously accepted Lawyer Zhang Liang as a probationary member of the Communist Party of China.

4、 Report on Party building work

Secretary Wang Xinping reported to all party members on the assessment and acceptance of the 2020 law firm's "Three Strong and Double Progress" party organization, as well as the newly identified party joining activists and other party affairs work.

The smooth convening of this branch party member conference has added fresh blood to the work of the party branch and strengthened its organizational strength. At the same time, all party members have improved their political theoretical level and clarified their goals through political learning, laying a solid foundation for the future promotion of party building work in our institute.
