10月31日下午，“利群公益法治宣讲团”成员田景云律师应邀为台州市路桥区物业行业协会成员开展《民法典视角下的物业服务法律风险防控》专题培训会。

培训伊始，田景云律师结合物业服务工作实际，以全新的思维、全面的视角剖析了《民法典》与物业服务的关系。紧接着，田律师围绕物业服务合同、物业服务人的法律义务和风险、物业服务法律风险之防控措施，旁征博引地对《民法典》条文中变化、细化和新增部分进行了详细地讲解，并就物业服务工作中需要注意的法律问题做了指导。

培训结束后，与会人员表示，培训内容深刻、贴近实务，对正确理解和准确适用《民法典》具有很强的针对性，为进一步依法推进物业服务工作、切实维护企业利益和业主权益具有重要的指导作用。

On the afternoon of October 31, Tian Jingyun, a member of the "Liqun Publicity and Rule of Law Publicity Group", was invited to hold a special training session on the prevention and control of legal risks in property services from the perspective of Civil code for members of the property industry association in Luqiao District, Taizhou City.

At the beginning of the training, Lawyer Tian Jingyun analyzed the relationship between the Civil code and property services with a new thinking and comprehensive perspective in combination with the reality of property services. Then, Lawyer Tian explained the changes, refinements and additions in the provisions of the Civil code in detail based on the property service contract, the legal obligations and risks of the property service provider, and the prevention and control measures for the legal risks of property service, and gave guidance on the legal issues that need attention in the property service work.

After the training, the participants said that the training content was profound and close to the practice, which was highly targeted for the correct understanding and accurate application of the Civil code, and played an important role in guiding the further promotion of property services according to law, and effectively safeguarding the interests of enterprises and owners.
