10月18日上午，利群公益法治宣讲团第一期培训在律所学术报告厅举行。利群所主任、公益法治宣讲团团长王新平律师，副团长蔡婉瑛律师等共计20余名宣讲团成员到场参加。

专题辅导

本期培训会分专题辅导、观摩课、评议总结三个环节。首先由台州职业技术学院徐福江老师作宣讲专题辅导，徐老师就宣讲如何导入、如何精彩呈现、如何处理现场问题、如何掌控现场、如何组织互动、如何圆满收尾等进行了深入浅出的解析。同时，徐老师强调了宣讲中的“教”与“学”之间的关系，说明了宣讲要注重期望效果的呈现，突出宣讲活动的针对性和实效性。徐老师的授课声情并茂、理论与实践交融，使与会人员深受启发。

观摩课

观摩课环节，由我所宣讲团成员李明峰律师主讲《企业涉税法律风险及防范》，此环节是对讲师的课程进行效果检验，旨在发现问题，交流经验，有利于讲师之间吸收所长，提升授课技能，提高宣讲质量。

总结评议

 观摩课结束后，宣讲团团长王新平律师作总结评议。他对组织本期培训的初衷进行了诠释，并表示接下来要进一步做优做强“利群公益法治宣讲团”这个品牌，不断提高律师公益法律服务的知晓率、首选率、满意率。最后，他结合法治宣讲的特点和自己的宣讲体会，用“六个性”对如何上好法治宣讲课进行了概述：

▷1. 针对性（主题、内容、语言）；

▷2. 生动性（趣味性）；

▷3. 互动性（提问、小礼物）；

▷4. 掌控性（气氛、节奏感、时间管理）；

▷5. 形式性（PPT制作等）；

▷6. 政治性（教学现场or事故现场）。

本期培训互动积极，现场气氛活跃。经过系统的培训，不仅为各位宣讲团成员做了示范，提供了教案，更让宣讲团的讲师对今后的宣讲有了准确的方向把握，有利于推动和促进利群公益法治宣讲团品牌化发展再上一个新的台阶。

Special tutoring

This training session is divided into three stages: thematic guidance, observation classes, and evaluation and summary. Firstly, Professor Xu Fujiang from Taizhou Vocational and Technical College provided special guidance on how to introduce the lecture, how to present it brilliantly, how to handle on-site problems, how to control the scene, how to organize interaction, and how to successfully conclude the lecture. At the same time, Teacher Xu emphasized the relationship between "teaching" and "learning" in preaching, explaining that preaching should focus on presenting expected results and highlighting the pertinence and effectiveness of preaching activities. Teacher Xu's teaching was both lively and emotional, blending theory and practice, which deeply inspired the attendees.

Observation class

During the observation class, Lawyer Li Mingfeng, a member of my teaching group, gave a lecture on "Legal Risks and Prevention of Enterprise Taxation". This section tests the effectiveness of the lecturer's course, aiming to identify problems, exchange experiences, and facilitate the absorption of strengths among the lecturers, improve teaching skills, and improve the quality of the lecture.

Summary and evaluation

After the observation class, Lawyer Wang Xinping, the head of the preaching group, made a summary and evaluation. He explained the original intention of organizing this training session and stated that the next step is to further optimize and strengthen the brand of "Liqun Public Welfare and Rule of Law Lecture Group", continuously improving the awareness, preference, and satisfaction rate of lawyers' public welfare legal services. Finally, based on the characteristics of rule of law education and his own teaching experience, he outlined how to give a good rule of law education class using the "six personalities":

1. Targeted (theme, content, language);

2. Vividness (fun);

3. Interaction (questioning, small gifts);

4. Control (atmosphere, rhythm, time management);

5. Formality (PPT production, etc.);

6. Political (teaching site or accident site).

This training session has a positive interaction and a lively atmosphere on site. After systematic training, not only did it provide demonstrations and lesson plans for all members of the preaching group, but it also allowed the lecturers of the preaching group to accurately grasp the direction of future preaching, which is conducive to promoting and promoting the branding development of the Liqun Public Welfare Rule of Law preaching group to a new level.
