为进一步了解我所实习生的实习情况和思想现状，加强对实习人员的管理和指导，2020年8月28日上午，我所召开实习生座谈交流会，畅谈实习体会，共话职业发展。我所副主任郑晓丹律师、黄道进律师，青工部副主任张梁律师，刑事部副主任王莹律师，青年律师潘婵参加本次座谈会。座谈会上，实习生陈奕帆、戴溢、应江楠等同学逐一发言，或分享实习过程中的心得与体会，或感谢利群大家庭的温暖与关怀。与会律师结合自身经验，为他们今后在职业生涯中更好的发展提供了宝贵经验。

实习期间，我所采取实习生值班制等多重举措，切实保障每一位实习生都能切身参与到具体的律师执业活动中去，真正有机会接触实践中鲜活的案例，通过实习掌握最基础的法律运用技巧，填补他们在实务方面的空白，为他们学习生涯留下浓重的一笔！

本次座谈会加强了律所对实习生的人文关怀和沟通交流，给予了实习生们一系列建设性意见，也对律所完善实习人员的管理和业务指导工作提供了一定的决策依据。

积极发挥律所实务经验的优势和青年律师培训系统的作用，与高校开展广泛合作，互利共赢，是利群所一直坚持的发展理念。目前，利群所已成为华东政法大学实践教育基地，有这样良好的基础，今后利群所将会为高校法学院在校生实习实训提供更多有意义、有价值的帮助，也会为促进事务所各项“校所合作”创造出更多、更好的成果。

During my internship, my institution adopted multiple measures such as an intern duty system to effectively ensure that every intern can participate in specific lawyer practice activities, truly have the opportunity to experience fresh cases in practice, master the most basic legal application skills through internships, fill their gaps in practical aspects, and leave a significant mark for their learning career!

This symposium strengthened the humanistic care and communication exchange of law firms towards interns, provided a series of constructive opinions to interns, and also provided a certain decision-making basis for law firms to improve the management and business guidance of interns.

Actively leveraging the advantages of law firms' practical experience and the role of the youth lawyer training system, and conducting extensive cooperation with universities for mutual benefit and win-win results are the development concepts that Liqun has always adhered to. At present, Liqun Institute has become the practice education base of East China University of Political Science and Law, with such a good foundation. In the future, Liqun Institute will provide more meaningful and valuable help for the practice training of law students in colleges and universities, and will also create more and better results for promoting the "school institute cooperation" of the office.
