为了更好地了解青年律师的执业状况，听取青年律师的心声，我所于2019年10月22日晚召开青年律师座谈会，主任王新平律师，副主任蔡辉强、郑晓丹、毛灵见律师，党支部副书记黄道进律师，青工部负责人张梁律师及全体青年律师共40余人出席座谈会。

■青年律师是律所发展的未来

会上，王新平主任表示，青年律师是利群的未来，青年兴，律所兴；青年强，律所强。关心和培养青年律师是律所负责人及管理层的责任，成立青工部是今年律所的一项重要举措，他希望参会的青年律师们大胆地说出自己成长过程中的困难、困苦、困惑，并对律所及对本人的工作提出建设性的意见和建议。

■合理的执业规划是成功的基石

青工部负责人张梁律师介绍了青工部成员，并介绍了接下来的工作打算，并希望通过本次交流听到大家的心声，为日后青工部的工作提供参考。

■执业初期的困惑、思考与成长

到会的青年律师们备受鼓舞，纷纷提出了执业发展中的困惑，并就律所如何加强对青年律师培育提出来建议。针对青年律师们提出的问题，王新平主任跟大家进行互动交流，围绕青年律师们提出的困惑，共同分享了执业经验，交流心得，共同探讨如何扶持青年律师发展，并表示律所会总结大家的意见、建议，对工作进行研究、改善。

■但行好事，莫问前程

针对青年律师执业中的困惑，郑晓丹、毛灵见、黄道进律师结合自身的执业经验，剖析了青年律师在不同发展阶段的不同困惑，并鼓舞青年律师正确面对执业道路上的困难，勇往直前。

座谈会结束后，参会青年律师纷纷表示受益匪浅，也对今后做好律师工作更有信心，并表示今后将一起分享更多的工作学习经验，加强青年律师之间的交流，共同致力于律所发展，实现社会价值。

In order to better understand the practice status of young lawyers and listen to their voices, our institute held a symposium for young lawyers on the evening of October 22, 2019. More than 40 people, including the director, Lawyer Wang Xinping, deputy directors, Lawyers Cai Huiqiang, Zheng Xiaodan, and Mao Lingjian, deputy secretary of the Party branch, Lawyer Huang Daojin, head of the Youth Work Department, Lawyer Zhang Liang, and all young lawyers, attended the symposium.

■Young lawyers are the future of law firms' development

At the meeting, Director Wang Xinping stated that young lawyers are the future of Liqun, where youth thrives and law firms thrive; Youth is strong, law firms are strong. It is the responsibility of law firm leaders and management to care for and cultivate young lawyers. The establishment of the Youth Work Department is an important measure of the law firm this year. He hopes that participating young lawyers can boldly express their difficulties, hardships, and confusion in their growth process, and provide constructive opinions and suggestions for the law firm and their work.

■Reasonable practice planning is the cornerstone of success

Lawyer Zhang Liang, the person in charge of the Youth Work Department, introduced the members of the Youth Work Department and their future work plans, hoping to hear everyone's voices through this exchange and provide reference for the future work of the Youth Work Department. 

■Puzzlement, Reflection, and Growth in the Early Stage of Practicing

The young lawyers who attended the meeting were greatly encouraged and raised doubts about their professional development, and put forward suggestions on how law firms can strengthen the cultivation of young lawyers. In response to the questions raised by young lawyers, Director Wang Xinping interacted and exchanged ideas with everyone. Focusing on the confusion raised by young lawyers, they shared their practice experience, shared insights, and discussed how to support the development of young lawyers. They also expressed that the law firm will summarize everyone's opinions and suggestions, conduct research and improvement on the work.

■But do good deeds, don't ask about your future

In response to the confusion in the practice of young lawyers, lawyers Zheng Xiaodan, Mao Lingjian, and Huang Daojin combined their own practice experience to analyze the different confusions of young lawyers at different stages of development, and encouraged them to face the difficulties on the practice path correctly and move forward bravely.

After the symposium, participating young lawyers expressed great benefits and greater confidence in doing a good job as lawyers in the future. They also expressed that they will share more work and learning experiences together, strengthen communication among young lawyers, and work together to develop law firms and achieve social value.
