6月3日，正值台州市律师协会开展2019年优秀论文评选活动之际，利群所积极举办了律师实务理论研讨会。此次研讨会为律所营造了良好的写作氛围，在提高各位律师写作水平的同时，也有效地促进了他们之间的经验分享和交流。

流程概要：

1.主任助理、辩论队队长王莹律师担任主持；

2.论文的作者先后就论文的写作背景、文章构思、主旨观点等方面作简要报告；

3.发言结束后嘉宾评委和大众评委进行提问；

4.嘉宾评委打分并点评。

清华大学法学博士、中国计量大学法学院副教授、台州市人民检察院挂职副检察长。

林   晨

中国人民大学律师学院兼职教授，浙江大学法学硕士，现为温岭市人大监察和司法委员会主任委员、常委会法制（内务司法）工委主任，曾长期担任温岭市人民法院副院长。在《判解研究》《人民司法》《法治论坛》等核心期刊上发表多篇文章，主编《民间借贷纠纷案件裁判文书精选（上下册）》《民间借贷实用案例解析》《典当纠纷实用案例裁判与述评》（上下册）、《P2P网络借贷纠纷案例裁判实务与述评》等著作，具有丰富的民商事审判工作经验和理论水平。

孙平凡

浙江大学法律硕士，现任台州市路桥区法治建设科科长；擅长写作，论文《法律援助经济困难标准辨析》荣获全国法律援助理论与实务研讨一等奖；曾多次担任台州市律师协会论文评选评委。

On June 3rd, on the occasion of the Taizhou Lawyers Association's 2019 Excellent Thesis Selection Activity, Liqun Institute actively held a seminar on lawyer practice theory. This seminar has created a good writing atmosphere for law firms, which not only improves the writing skills of lawyers, but also effectively promotes their experience sharing and exchange.

Lin Chen

Adjunct professor of the Inns of Court of Renmin University of China, Master of Laws of Zhejiang University, is now the chairman of the Wenling Municipal People's Congress Supervision and Justice Committee, director of the Standing Committee Legal (Internal Affairs and Justice) Working Committee, and has long served as the vice president of the Wenling Municipal People's Court. He has published many articles in core journals such as Research on Judgment, People's Justice, Rule of Law Forum, and edited books such as Selected Judgment Documents of Private Lending Dispute Cases (Volume I and II), Analysis of Practical Cases of Private Lending, Judgment and Review of Practical Cases of Pawn Dispute (Volume I and II), and Judgment Practice and Review of P2P Peer-to-peer lending Dispute Cases. He has rich experience and theoretical level in civil and commercial trials.

Magister Juris of Zhejiang University, chief of the Legal Construction Section of Luqiao District, Taizhou; Proficient in writing, the paper "Analysis of Economic Difficulty Standards for Legal Aid" won the first prize in the National Legal Aid Theory and Practice Seminar; I have served as a paper selection judge for the Taizhou Lawyers Association multiple times.
