◆2013年6月30日上午，台州市部署开展律师服务“三改一拆”活动，并召开了推进会。省厅律管处、台州市“三改一拆”领导小组、台州市司法局和各县（市、区）司法局代表以及台州市律师共650余人参加了会议。会上，台州市“三改一拆”行动领导小组成员刘显兰宣读了《关于成立市“三改一拆”工作法律服务团的通知》（台改拆办〔2013〕41号），确定了服务团的11名律师成员和4名公证员成员，明确了服务团的具体工作内容和职责。本所主任代表市律师协会在大会上作了动员部署并被台州市“三改一拆”行动领导小组聘请为法律顾问律师成员。

◆为强化开展律师法律服务质量提升年活动，本所结合实际，自2013年7月开始，进行为期六个月的“三比”活动即“比法律服务质量、比法律服务态度、比法律档案整理”。

◆2013年9月7日至8日，本所习实律师徐汉钢代表台州市律师协会参加省律师协会举办的篮球赛并取得优秀运动员称号。

◆2013年10月12日下午，市直律师事务所主任会议在本所召开，本所主任向市直13家律师事务所介绍了本所的所训、宗旨、理念等文化建设情况并对前三季度工作情况向市局领导作了汇报。

◆2013年10月20日，省律师协会企业破产委员会在杭召开，本所副主任李中年作为省破产委代表参会。

◆2013年10月26日上午，本所主任周显根参加省律师协会八届常务理事会。

◆2013年12月2日下午，本所主任周显根主持召开台州市律师协会会长办公会，就下届律师协会理事人选等相关问题进行了通报研究。

◆2013年12月5日，本所律师毛灵见作为浙江省知识产权局、浙江省外国专家选派的“知识产权专业人才”赴美国为进行为期三个月的培训。

◆2013年12月19日，本所主任周显根陪同市局领导到宁波市司法局、宁波市律师协会、宁波大成律师事务等单位所开展考察学习活动。

◆2013年12月23日，台州市小额贷款公司协会成立大会在椒江召开，本所作为协会成员派员参会。

◆2013年12月24日上午，市直律师事务所与台州军分区下属十三家军营开展了“法律援助进军营”活动启动仪式，本所主任周显根、副主任李中年、陈烨、支部书记周海龙、律师金伟参加。本所主任周显根向全体官兵讲解“法在你身边”相关法律问题讲座，受到全体官兵的好评。

◆On the morning of June 30, 2013, Taizhou City deployed the "Three Changes and One Demolition" activity for lawyer services and held a promotion meeting. More than 650 people attended the meeting, including representatives from the Provincial Department of Legal Affairs, the Taizhou City "Three Reforms and One Demolition" Leading Group, the Taizhou City Judicial Bureau, and various county (city, district) judicial bureaus, as well as Taizhou City lawyers. At the meeting, Liu Xianlan, a member of the leading group for the "Three Reforms and One Demolition" action in Taizhou City, read out the "Notice on Establishing a Legal Service Team for the" Three Reforms and One Demolition "Work" (Taiwan Reform and Demolition Office [2013] No. 41), which identified 11 lawyers and 4 notaries as members of the service team, and clarified the specific work content and responsibilities of the service team. The director of our office, on behalf of the Municipal Bar Association, made mobilization and deployment at the conference and was hired as a member of the legal advisor lawyer by the Taizhou City "Three Changes and One Demolition" Action Leading Group.

◆In order to strengthen the implementation of the Year of Improving the Quality of Lawyer Legal Services, our office has been conducting a six-month "three comparison" activity starting from July 2013, which includes "comparing the quality of legal services, comparing the attitude of legal services, and comparing the organization of legal archives".

◆From September 7th to 8th, 2013, our practicing lawyer Xu Hangang represented the Taizhou Lawyers Association to participate in a basketball game organized by the Provincial Lawyers Association and won the title of Excellent Athlete.

◆On the afternoon of October 12, 2013, a meeting of directors of municipal law firms was held in our office. The director of our office introduced the cultural construction of our training, purpose, and philosophy to 13 law firms directly under the city, and reported on the work situation in the first three quarters to the leaders of the city bureau.

◆On October 20, 2013, the Enterprise Bankruptcy Committee of the Provincial Lawyers Association was held in Hangzhou, with Li Zhongzhong, the deputy director of our firm, attending as a representative of the Provincial Bankruptcy Committee.

◆On the morning of October 26, 2013, the director of our firm, Zhou Xiangen, participated in the eighth executive council of the Provincial Bar Association.

◆On the afternoon of December 2, 2013, the director of our institute, Zhou Xiangen, presided over an office meeting for the president of the Taizhou Lawyers Association, and conducted a briefing and research on the candidates for the next president of the Lawyers Association and other related issues.

◆On December 5, 2013, our lawyer Mao Lingjian, as a "intellectual property professional" selected by the Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property Office and foreign experts from Zhejiang Province, went to the United States for a three-month training program.

◆On December 19, 2013, the director of our firm, Zhou Xiangen, accompanied the leaders of the municipal bureau to conduct inspection and study activities at units such as the Ningbo Judicial Bureau, Ningbo Lawyers Association, and Ningbo Dacheng Lawyer Affairs.

◆On December 23, 2013, the establishment meeting of the Taizhou Small Loan Company Association was held in Jiaojiang, and our institute, as a member of the association, sent representatives to attend the meeting.

◆On the morning of December 24, 2013, the municipal law firm and thirteen military camps under the Taizhou Military Division held a launch ceremony for the "Legal Aid Entering Military Camps" activity. The director of the law firm, Zhou Xiangen, deputy directors, Li Zhongzhong, Chen Ye, branch secretary, Zhou Hailong, and lawyer Jin Wei attended. The director of our institute, Zhou Xiangen, gave a lecture on legal issues related to "law by your side" to all officers and soldiers, and received praise from all officers and soldiers.
