11月15日下午，杭州市律师行业党委副书记、市律师协会会长沈田丰，杭州市律师行业党委副书记、市司法局律师工作处处长丁洁等一行10人，台州市司法局副局长马健，市律师行业党委副书记、会长柳正晞，市司法局律师工作处处长、律师行业党委副书记郑麟等一行7人就两地律协工作在利群所召开座谈交流会。

座谈会上，马健副局长对考察团一行表示热烈欢迎。柳正晞会长就台州市律师行业党建工作情况、服务党政中心工作情况及政府扶持鼓励当地律师行业发展的相关政策进行了介绍。

台州市律师协会副会长、利群所主任王新平对律所的基本情况作了介绍，并汇报了利群所的工作亮点：一是党建和所建相得益彰；二是文化建设富有声色；三是青年律师培养举措较多；四是实务理论研究成果较为突出。

随后，利群所党支部纪检委员蔡婉瑛律师从“五群工作法•四服务•三联动”作党建工作经验汇报。

杭台两地律协领导围绕加强律师行业党建工作的做法和经验、服务党政中心工作方面的主要探索、政府扶持鼓励当地律师业发展的相关政策、两地律协长效合作交流的形式和方法等内容进行了深入的交流。现场互动频繁，气氛热烈融洽。

最后，马健副局长表示，感谢杭州市律师行业党委、杭州市律师协会领导一行，到台州传经送宝，不仅收获了朋友，收获了经验，更收获了机会。

与会双方均表示，希望两地律师协会充分发挥各自优势，加强互动与合作，共同推进律师行业持续健康发展。

At the symposium, Deputy Director Ma Jian warmly welcomed the delegation. President Liu Zhengxi introduced the party building work of the Taizhou lawyer industry, the work of the service party and government center, and the relevant policies of the government to support and encourage the development of the local lawyer industry.

Wang Xinping, Vice President of Taizhou Lawyers Association and Director of Liqun Institute, introduced the basic situation of the law firm and reported on the highlights of Liqun Institute's work: firstly, the party building and the establishment complement each other; Secondly, cultural construction is full of voice and color; Thirdly, there are many measures to cultivate young lawyers; Fourthly, there are outstanding achievements in practical theoretical research.

Subsequently, Lawyer Cai Wanying, the disciplinary inspection committee member of the Party Branch of Liqun Institute, reported on his experience in party building work from the "Five Groups Work Law, Four Services, and Three Linkages".

The leaders of the law associations in Hangzhou and Taiwan conducted in-depth exchanges on the practices and experiences of strengthening the party building work in the lawyer industry, the main exploration of serving the party and government center work, relevant policies supported by the government to encourage the development of the local lawyer industry, and the forms and methods of long-term cooperation and exchange between the two law associations. The on-site interaction is frequent, and the atmosphere is warm and harmonious.

Finally, Deputy Director Ma Jian expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Hangzhou Lawyer Industry Party Committee and Hangzhou Lawyer Association for their visit to Taizhou, which not only gained friends, experience, but also opportunities.

Both parties at the meeting expressed their hope that the two local bar associations can fully leverage their respective advantages, strengthen interaction and cooperation, and jointly promote the sustained and healthy development of the lawyer industry.
