5月20日上午，台州市人大常委会举行首批基层立法联系点授牌仪式。我所高级合伙人冯懿律师参加活动。

据悉，台州市人大常委会基层立法联系点首批设置18个，利群所是椒江区律师行业首家被授予基层立法联系点的律师事务所。此次基层立法联系点的建立，就是充分利用立法联系点广泛联系群众、贴近群众的优势，使地方立法工作更接地气、聚民智，将科学立法、民主立法推向深入。

授牌仪式上，我所高级合伙人冯懿律师作为基层立法联系点代表对如何做好立法联系工作进行表态发言。他表示，此次台州市人大常委会立法联系点授牌，是对利群所此前参与立法工作的肯定，也是我们立法服务的新起点，利群所将按照市人大常委会叶海燕主任的讲话要求，从立法、用法、普法三大方面着手，扮演好三个角色，为地方立法做出新的贡献：

“立法”方面，利群所将多举措整合律所资源，提供优质立法服务，在法规审议过程中当好参谋员。

“用法”方面，利群所将多维度加强法规运用，注重理论联系实际，在法规实施过程中当好实践者。

“普法”方面，利群所将多渠道广泛开展宣传，充分发挥平台优势，在法规普及过程中当好宣传员。

建立基层立法联系点，是推进科学立法、民主立法的重要举措，可以使立法更好地反映人民群众意愿，利群所将以此次授牌为契机，积极发挥专业特长，扎实推进基层立法联系点的工作，为台州市地方立法建言献策，添砖加瓦。

It is reported that the first batch of 18 grassroots legislative contact points were set up by the Standing Committee of Taizhou Municipal People's Congress. Liqun Firm is the first law firm in the Jiaojiang District law industry to be awarded grassroots legislative contact points. At the licensing ceremony, our senior partner, Lawyer Feng Yi, as a representative of the grassroots legislative contact point, made a statement on how to do a good job in legislative contact work. He said that the awarding of legislative contact points of the Standing Committee of Taizhou Municipal People's Congress was a recognition of Liqun Institute's previous participation in legislative work and a new starting point for our legislative services. Liqun Institute will play three roles in legislation, usage and law popularization in accordance with the speech of Director Ye Haiyan of the Standing Committee of Taizhou Municipal People's Congress, and make new contributions to local legislation:
