2020年度工作总结

大会压轴环节,我所主任王新平律师从五个方面,作2020年度工作总结:一、抓党建引领,以新作为助推律所发展;二、抓素能提升,以新梯队深化服务体系;三、抓品牌建设,以新思路聚力文化赋能;四、抓公益服务,以新举措彰显责任担当;五、抓服务质量,以新要求强化社会信誉。新的一年点燃新的希望,新的征程昭示新的使命。最后,王新平主任表示:重组后的利群,几乎包揽行业各项赛事前几名,第一年即2019年,可谓闪亮登场;第二年即2020年,在实务理论研究等方面,继续遥遥领先;第三年即2021年,各项指标能否续写辉煌,实现律所快速发展,需要全所律师形成“六个共识”。共识一:对律所文化,尤其是核心文化要凝聚足够的共识。王新平主任指出,愿景、使命、价值观、理念四位一体,构成了律所的核心文化。愿景,是奋斗目标,回答了“我们想成为什么”的问题;使命,律所存在的价值和意义,回答了“我们为什么”的问题;价值观,是我们应当坚持的价值取向和价值标准,是最核心的文化,回答了“我们如何取舍”的问题;理念,是我们集体思想、精神的体现,回答了“我们该怎样”的问题。希望全体利群人将价值观等核心文化牢记于心,溶于血液。共识二:对学习培训,尤其是对律所内训要凝聚足够的共识。现如今法律服务市场竞争的激烈程度已经白热化,这是一个巨变的时代,只有持续有效学习和进步,才能活下来、活得久。年青律师,要多多和身边优秀的律师在一起,学习他们的工作方法、思维模式和为人处世,这比赚多少薪水都更重要。所有的努力,都不会白费。收获可能会迟到,但它永远不会缺席。共识三:对专业分工,尤其是对二主二辅要凝聚足够的共识。专业化分工是法律服务的必然选择,律师要懂得舍得。律所于2019年5月推出专业化分工,大家要配合支持。要保持适当的压力,做一个有焦虑的人。同时,要保持良好的心态,如同实习律师庄冰心所言,做一颗太阳。共识四:对人才建设,尤其是进人条件要凝聚足够的共识。律所最大的资产是人才,律所之间的竞争,归根结底是人才竞争。如何引进人才、发掘人才、培育人才、留住人才,这是最重要,也是律所管理层最值得思考的问题。共识五:对内部管理,尤其是对基本制度要凝聚足够的共识。很多人选择做律师是为了自由,但任何自由都不是绝对的。律所大了,更要加强内部管理,不允许自由散漫、我行我素。少一点个人主义、利己主义,多一点集体主义、利他主义。共识六:对党建工作,尤其是对党建引领要凝聚足够的共识。坚持党建引领或党建先行,党建促所建,所建巩党建;确立党务所务不分家,充分发挥党支部战斗堡垒和党员律师先锋模范作用。哪怕专业最优秀的律师,首先要做一名政治上合格或成熟的律师,这是执业底线,要以系统观念、系统方法看待党建工作。

不忘来时路 扬帆新征程回顾2020年的工作,我所以优质的法律服务质量求信誉,以良好的社会信誉促发展,获得了社会各界的广泛好评,各项工作也取得了一定成效。在今后工作中,我所将继续积极探索,把各项工作做得更加扎实,全面提升我所律师专业素质和社会形象,为社会提供更为优质高效的法律服务!惟其艰难,才更显勇毅;惟其笃行,才弥足珍贵。利群所正处在加快发展的关键阶段,机遇容不得我们耽搁,考验容不得我们回避。2020,我们坚守初心,不忘来时路;2021,我们砥砺奋进,扬帆新征程!

2020 Work Summary

At the final stage of the conference, Lawyer Wang Xinping, the director of our law firm, summarized the work of the year 2020 from five aspects: firstly, focusing on the guidance of party building and promoting the development of the law firm with innovation; 2、 Grasp the improvement of quality and deepen the service system with new echelons; 3、 Grasp brand building and empower culture with new ideas; 4、 Grasp public welfare services and demonstrate responsibility through new measures; 5、 Pay attention to service quality and strengthen social reputation with new requirements. The new year ignites new hope, and the new journey signifies a new mission. Finally, Director Wang Xinping stated that the restructured Liqun has almost taken over the top few in various industry competitions. In the first year, 2019, it can be said to have made a brilliant debut; In the second year, 2020, we continued to be far ahead in practical and theoretical research; In the third year, 2021, whether all indicators can continue to achieve brilliance and achieve rapid development of the law firm requires the formation of "six consensus" among all lawyers. Consensus 1: There should be sufficient consensus on the culture of the law firm, especially the core culture. Director Wang Xinping pointed out that the integration of vision, mission, values, and concepts constitutes the core culture of a law firm. Vision is the goal of striving, answering the question of "what do we want to become; The mission, the value and significance of the existence of a law firm, answers the question of "why do we"; Values are the values and standards that we should adhere to, the core culture, and answer the question of "how do we make choices; Concept is the embodiment of our collective thinking and spirit, answering the question of "what should we do. I hope all members of the Li Qun community will keep core cultures such as values in their hearts and dissolve them in their blood. Consensus 2: There should be sufficient consensus on learning and training, especially internal training at law firms. Nowadays, the fierce competition in the legal service market has become white-hot. This is an era of great changes, and only through continuous and effective learning and progress can we survive and live for a long time. Young lawyers should spend more time with outstanding lawyers around them, learn their work methods, thinking patterns, and conduct themselves in society, which is more important than how much salary they earn. All efforts will not be in vain. Harvest may be late, but it will never be absent. Consensus 3: There should be sufficient consensus on professional division of labor, especially on the two main tasks and two auxiliary tasks. Specialized division of labor is an inevitable choice for legal services, and lawyers need to know how to be willing. The law firm launched a specialized division of labor in May 2019, and everyone needs to cooperate and support it. To maintain appropriate pressure and be an anxious person. At the same time, it is important to maintain a good mindset, as stated by intern lawyer Zhuang Bingxin, to be a sun. Consensus 4: We need to gather sufficient consensus on talent development, especially on the conditions for recruitment. The biggest asset of a law firm is talent, and competition between law firms ultimately boils down to talent competition. How to introduce, explore, cultivate, and retain talents is the most important and worth considering issue for law firm management. Consensus 5: There should be sufficient consensus on internal management, especially on basic systems. Many people choose to become lawyers for freedom, but no freedom is absolute.
