2020年7月23日，我所顾问单位浙江星星冷链集成股份有限公司召开采购系统会议，利群所创始合伙人周显根律师和张文中律师应邀参加。周显根律师作“公司高管法律风险防范”专题培训，为本次会议重要议程之一。周显根律师在此次培训中，注重理论知识和实务操作的结合，从老干妈与腾讯事件谈起，对公司高管经营过程中的刑事责任风险、公司如何把控风险两方面问题深入剖析，对法律风险防范的要点进行了清晰透彻的分析，为进一步提升采购工作有序、规范、高效运行提供指引。

On July 23, 2020, our consulting unit Zhejiang Xingxing Cold Chain Integration Co., Ltd. held a procurement system meeting, and the founding partners of Liqun Institute, Lawyers Zhou Xiangen and Zhang Wenzhong, were invited to participate. Lawyer Zhou Xiangen gave a special training on "Legal Risk Prevention for Company Executives", which was one of the important agendas of this meeting.
