9月29日，台州市中级人民法院党组成员、市纪委市监委驻市中院纪检监察组组长袁跃文，副组长张爱军等一行4人莅临我所，就全市法院干警队伍建设和法律职业共同体建设开展座谈交流。我所顾问柳泖律师、李钟年律师，副主任蔡辉强律师，党支部副书记黄道进律师等12名律师参加本次座谈交流。

座谈主要围绕律所和法院在立案、审判、执行阶段以及微法院使用情况等实务工作为主旨展开讨论。由我所律师结合实务工作对台州各县市区人民法院的办案质量提出了反馈意见和建议，内容涵盖队伍建设和诉前引调、立案、审判、执行以及法律文书送达等具体问题。双方还就实务过程中如何实现自我规范、自我约束，加强自身职业素养和操守等问题展开交流。

此次座谈会不仅为法官与律师的良性互动搭建了桥梁、指明了方向，亦为双方相互信任、相互促进，又相互监督、相互制约的新型关系建设和推进法治化进程发挥着积极作用。

On September 29, Yuan Yuewen, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Intermediate people's court of Taizhou City, the head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Municipal Supervision Commission in the Intermediate People's Court of Taizhou City, Zhang Aijun, the deputy head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group, and a delegation of four people came to our office to hold a discussion and exchange on the construction of the court police team and the legal professional community in the city. Twelve lawyers, including our consultant Liu Mao, lawyer Li Zhongnian, deputy director Cai Huiqiang, and deputy party branch secretary Huang Daojin, participated in this symposium and exchange.

The discussion mainly revolves around the practical work of law firms and courts in the filing, trial, execution stages, as well as the use of micro courts. Our lawyer has provided feedback and suggestions on the quality of handling cases in the people's courts of various counties and cities in Taizhou based on practical work, covering specific issues such as team building, pre litigation mediation, case filing, trial, execution, and legal document delivery. Both parties also exchanged ideas on how to achieve self-regulation, self-restraint, and strengthen their professional ethics and ethics in the practical process.

This symposium not only builds a bridge and points out the direction for the positive interaction between judges and lawyers, but also plays a positive role in the construction of a new type of relationship between the two parties that trust, promote, supervise, and constrain each other, and promote the process of rule of law.
