2019年9月20日上午，台州市律师协会副会长、利群所主任王新平律师应浙江省住房城乡建设厅邀请，为全省住房城乡建设系统法规处（科）长暨公职律师培训班作“证据规则的基本原理与应用技能”主题授课。

此次授课内容分为五个专题：

■一是证据的关联性

■二是证据的合法性

■三是证据的真实性

■四是证据的证明力

■五是举证责任分配

王新平律师开门见山地指出证据是诉讼之王，掌握证据规则对于办案的重要性，将证据规则的诸多理论要点逐一剖析。在授课过程中，王新平律师力求理论与实践结合，注重台上台下互动。3个半小时的课程，王新平律师全程站着，畅谈证据规则的基本原理与应用技能。学员们纷纷反映，在培训中收获了满满的干货。王新平律师的授课水平，也得到了主办方的高度评价。

证据规则的运用是诉讼中律师执业的重要技能，多年来，王新平律师忙里偷闲，潜心钻研证据法学，所著的《民事诉讼证据规则运用与实务技巧》出版不到一年，加印5次，深受读者广泛好评。此次受邀授课，也是鉴于其著作的影响力和美誉度。

On the morning of September 20, 2019, Lawyer Wang Xinping, Vice President of the Taizhou Lawyers Association and Director of Liqun Institute, was invited by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development to give a lecture on the theme of "Basic Principles and Application Techniques of Evidence Rules" for the head of the Provincial Housing and Urban Rural Development System Regulations Department (Section) and public lawyer training class.

This lecture is divided into five topics:

The third is the authenticity of the evidence

The fourth is the probative power of evidence

Fifth, the allocation of burden of proof

Lawyer Wang Xinping pointed out that evidence is the king of litigation and the importance of mastering the rules of evidence in handling cases. He analyzed the many theoretical points of the rules of evidence one by one. During the teaching process, Lawyer Wang Xinping strives to combine theory with practice, emphasizing interaction on stage and off stage. During the 3 and a half hour course, Lawyer Wang Xinping stood up throughout the entire process, discussing the basic principles and application skills of evidence rules. Students have expressed that they have gained a lot of dry goods during the training. Lawyer Wang Xinping's teaching level has also received high praise from the organizers.

The application of evidence rules is an important skill for lawyers in litigation. For many years, Lawyer Wang Xinping has been busy and devoted himself to studying evidence law. His book "Application and Practical Skills of Evidence Rules in Civil Litigation" was published less than a year ago and has been reprinted five times, receiving widespread praise from readers.
