为贯彻落实省第十五次党代会精神，对标打造“全过程人民民主实践高地”的目标，进一步拓宽行政立法联系基层人民群众的途径，发挥律师行业专业力量作用，浙江省司法厅研究确定利群所等16家单位为浙江省司法厅第二批基层立法联系点。

继入选台州市人大常委会首批基层立法联系点后，利群所又被确立为省司法厅第二批基层立法联系点，这既肯定了利群所的基层立法联系点工作，也意味着利群所肩负起了更加重要的责任。

未来，利群所将切实发挥联系基层、联系群众的桥梁和纽带作用，发挥律师职业优势、法律专业优势和实践优势，进一步广泛联系群众，贴近基层实际，努力做好探索创新，积极参与立法调研、草案征求意见、立法后评估等行政立法活动，为政府行政立法工作贡献力量。

This not only confirms the work of Liqun Institute as a grassroots legislative contact point, but also means that Liqun Institute has shouldered more important responsibilities.
