为进一步激发青年律师的学习热情，提升青年律师的业务技能，2022年7月，台州市司法局、团市委联合举办了首届台州市青年律师执业技能大赛。本届比赛由市律师协会承办，市律协青年律师工作委员会、文化建设和宣传委员会、刑事专业委员会分工负责赛事具体工作。

执业技能大赛由谈判比赛、法律文书写作比赛、演讲比赛及辩论比赛四项分赛事组成，分为初赛、决赛二个阶段进行。

7月24日，辩论大赛决赛暨闭幕式颁奖典礼在方远大酒店举行，为首届台州市青年律师执业技能大赛画上了圆满的句号。开赛以来，利群所多位律师一路披荆斩棘、过关斩将，最终满载荣誉凯旋。

本次青年律师执业技能大赛的举办为青年律师提供了互相切磋和交流学习的平台。在大赛上，利群律师不仅充分展示了自己的论辩能力、演讲技能、说理技巧、语言表达和知识运用能力，更在与同行律师的交锋中提升了自己的业务技能和专业素养。

利群所将继续鼓励青年律师踊跃参与到各项活动中，让更多的青年律师在交流学习中提高专业水平和业务能力，为社会和客户提供更优质的法律服务，同时为我市高质量发展，建设共同富裕先行市提供法治人才储备。

In order to further stimulate the learning enthusiasm of young lawyers and enhance their professional skills, in July 2022, the Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Youth League Municipal Committee jointly held the first Taizhou Youth Lawyer Practicing Skills Competition. This competition is organized by the Municipal Lawyers Association, and the Youth Lawyers Work Committee, Cultural Construction and Propaganda Committee, and Criminal Professional Committee of the Municipal Lawyers Association are responsible for the specific work of the competition.

The Practice Skills Competition consists of four sub competitions: negotiation competition, legal document writing competition, speech competition, and debate competition, which are divided into two stages: preliminary competition and final competition.

On July 24th, the final and closing ceremony award ceremony of the Debate Competition was held at Fangyuan Hotel, marking the successful conclusion of the first Taizhou Youth Lawyer Practicing Skills Competition. Since the start of the competition, multiple lawyers from Liqun have overcome obstacles and overcome obstacles, ultimately achieving glory and victory.

The holding of this Young Lawyer Practicing Skills Competition provides a platform for young lawyers to learn from each other and exchange ideas. In the competition, Liqun Lawyer not only fully demonstrated his argumentative skills, speech skills, reasoning skills, language expression and knowledge application abilities, but also improved his business skills and professional literacy in the competition with fellow lawyers.
