2022年是台州律师行业“一五”规划开局之年，也是市律师协会换届之年。4月28日至29日，台州市第七次律师代表大会在椒江隆重召开。台州市委副书记、政法委书记林毅，浙江省司法厅党委委员、副厅长、省律师行业党委书记徐晓波，中华全国律师协会副会长、浙江省律师协会会长郑金都等领导出席开幕式并致辞。台州市司法局副局长马健主持开幕式。

利群所主任王新平律师，顾问柳泖律师，副主任毛灵见、黄道进律师，刑事部副主任张梁律师作为椒江区律师代表参加会议。时任市律协第三届、第四届会长，利群创始合伙人周显根律师作为特邀代表参加会议。

大会全面总结了台州市律师协会第六届理事会工作，修订了台州市律师协会章程，选举产生了台州市律师协会第七届领导班子和第一届监事会，表彰了第六届优秀专门、专业委员会和主任及专业委员会先进个人，对新时代律师工作作了全面部署。

经大会选举，王新平律师当选台州市律师协会第七届理事会会长，柳泖律师被聘请为协会顾问；同时，黄道进律师当选为常务理事，毛灵见律师当选为理事，张梁律师当选为第一届监事会监事。

黄道进律师并荣获“第六届优秀专门委员会主任”，毛灵见律师并荣获“第六届优秀专业委员会主任”，江宁律师荣获“第六届知识产权专业委员会先进个人”。

王新平律师在当选新一届律协会长的就职表态中，坦言自己肩负重任、责任重大，表明今后将秉承历届律协的优良传统，与新一届市律协领导班子一道，团结一心，恪尽职守，开拓创新，把律协旗子举得更高，把律协事业干得更好，把律协品牌擦得更亮，把律师协会建成真正的“律师之家”。并表示在今后的工作中，致力于：以紧扣中心工作为第一方略，不断增强协会的向心力；以服务会员发展为第一责任，不断增强协会的凝聚力；以培养律师精英为第一要务，不断增强协会的锻造力；以提升社会责任为第一目标，不断增强协会的号召力。

大会闭幕式上，台州市司法局党组书记邵宣豪对全体代表寄语，希望全市律师积极履职，积极投身全面依法治市生动实践、党委政府中心工作和公共法律服务体系建设，在建功新时代中始终彰显服务“国之大者”的使命担当。

The conference comprehensively summarized the work of the sixth council of the Taizhou Lawyers Association, revised the articles of association of the Taizhou Lawyers Association, elected the seventh leadership and the first board of supervisors of the Taizhou Lawyers Association, commended the sixth outstanding special and professional committees and directors and exemplary individual of the professional committees, and made a comprehensive deployment for the work of lawyers in the new era.

After being elected by the conference, Lawyer Wang Xinping was elected as the President of the 7th Council of the Taizhou Lawyers Association, and Lawyer Liu Mao was hired as an advisor to the association; Meanwhile, Lawyer Huang Daojin was elected as the executive director, Lawyer Mao Lingjian was elected as the director, and Lawyer Zhang Liang was elected as the supervisor of the first Supervisory Board.

Lawyer Huang Daojin won the title of "Director of the Sixth Excellent Special Committee", Mao Lingjian won the title of "Director of the Sixth Excellent Special Committee", and lawyer Jiang Ning won the title of "exemplary individual of the Sixth Intellectual Property Special Committee".

Lawyer Wang Xinping, in his inauguration statement as the president of the new law association, admitted that he has shouldered a heavy responsibility and responsibility, indicating that he will inherit the excellent traditions of previous law associations in the future, work together with the leadership team of the new city law association, unite and work together, fulfill his duties, explore and innovate, raise the flag of the law association higher, do a better job in the law association career, polish the law association brand brighter, and build the law association into a true "lawyer's home".
