关于论坛 

2020年10月31日，由浙江省律协主办、温州市律协协办的第十届浙江律师论坛在温州市成功举办。本届论坛以“重大公共事件的法治化治理”为主题，旨在引导、推动全省律师充分发挥职业优势，为社会治理、特别是重大公共事件治理提供法治保障。因受疫情影响，本届论坛采用了线上与线下同步开展模式，3000余人通过观看直播方式参与论坛。 

在本届论坛上，我所主任王新平、民商部张文中律师论文《疫情背景下的商业租赁合同纠纷法律适用研究——以承租人主张减免租金为切入点》喜获一等奖；我所知识产权部何良雄、江宁律师论文《坚守亦或突破：论地域性原则在商

标诉讼中的适用》喜获二等奖。

我所一直重视法学理论实务研究，每年都有论文在专业刊物发表和各种学术论坛获奖；并将实务理论研讨会作为利群律师每年的“必修课”，有效促进律所法学交流互动的深入开展，调动广大律师参与实务研究的积极性。 据悉，省律协从全省各地数千篇的研讨论文中经严格的初评与终评，选出一等奖论文10篇，二等奖论文20篇，三等奖论文31篇。此次论文获得一、二等奖，再次彰显了我所律师在律师实务和理论研究方面的实力。

 About the forum 

On October 31, 2020, the 10th Zhejiang Lawyers Forum, hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Lawyers Association and co organized by the Wenzhou Municipal Lawyers Association, was successfully held in Wenzhou. The theme of this forum is "Legalized Governance of Major Public Events", aiming to guide and promote lawyers throughout the province to fully leverage their professional advantages, and provide legal guarantees for social governance, especially for the governance of major public events. Due to the impact of the epidemic, this forum adopted a synchronous online and offline mode, with over 3000 people participating in the forum through live streaming. 

At this forum, our director Wang Xinping and lawyer Zhang Wenzhong from the Ministry of Civil and Commercial Affairs won the first prize for their paper "Research on the Legal Application of Commercial Lease Contract Disputes under the Background of the Epidemic - Taking Tenants' Claim for Rent Reduction as the Entry Point"; Lawyers He Liangxiong and Jiang Ning from the Intellectual Property Department of our institute's paper "Adherence or Breakthrough: On the Principle of Regionality in Business Application in Target Litigation "won second prize.

Our institute has always attached great importance to the research of legal theory and practice, and every year, there are papers published in professional journals and various academic forums that receive awards; And make the practical theory seminar a mandatory course for Liqun lawyers every year, effectively promoting in-depth legal exchange and interaction among law firms, and mobilizing the enthusiasm of lawyers to participate in practical research. It is reported that the Provincial Lawyers Association has selected 10 first prize papers, 20 second prize papers, and 31 third prize papers from thousands of research papers across the province through strict initial and final evaluations. This paper won the first and second prizes, once again demonstrating the strength of our lawyers in legal practice and theoretical research.
