11月3日-5日，浙江省第五届青年律师论坛在杭州宋城第一世界大酒店举行，本次论坛由浙江省律师协会主办，以“梦想、征程、未来”为主题。本次论坛开幕式上，我所黄道进律师获颁“浙江省优秀青年律师”荣誉称号，我所毛灵见律师作为青年律师代表参加了本次论坛。  

浙江省青年律师论坛每五年举办一次，旨在加强青年律师工作，助推青年律师成长。本次论坛共有来自全省各地的近200名青年律师代表以及多位行业大咖、知名学者、公按检法等法律职业共同体的代表和互联网领军人物参加本次论坛，畅谈成长经历、分享执业感悟，交流工作经验、共商发展大计。自浙江省青年律师论坛举办以来，我所青年律师已连续多届作为青年律师代表应邀参与，并有多名律师先后获得“浙江省优秀青年律师”荣誉称号，本次黄道进律师获得此项殊荣，不仅是对黄道进律师个人优异执业表现的肯定，也展现了我所对于青年律师的重视与培养以及我所青年律师在行业领域中的良好影响和社会责任担当

From November 3 to 5, the 5th Zhejiang Youth Lawyers Forum was held at the First World Hotel in Songcheng, Hangzhou. The forum was hosted by the Zhejiang Lawyers Association with the theme of "dream, journey, future". At the opening ceremony of this forum, our lawyer Huang Daojin was awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Young Lawyer in Zhejiang Province", and our lawyer Mao Lingjian participated in this forum as a representative of young lawyers.

The Zhejiang Provincial Youth Lawyers Forum is held every five years to strengthen the work of young lawyers and promote their growth. In this forum, nearly 200 young lawyer representatives from all over the province, as well as representatives of various industry experts, renowned scholars, legal professional communities such as public security, prosecution, and internet leaders, participated in the forum to discuss their growth experiences, share their professional insights, exchange work experiences, and discuss development plans together. Since the Zhejiang Provincial Youth Lawyers Forum was held, our young lawyers have been invited to participate as representatives of young lawyers for multiple consecutive sessions, and multiple lawyers have been awarded the honorary title of "Zhejiang Excellent Young Lawyer". This award to Lawyer Huang Daojin is not only a recognition of his outstanding personal practice performance, It also demonstrates the importance and cultivation of young lawyers in our institution, as well as the good influence and social responsibility of young lawyers in the industry
