本所目前现有近30名执业律师和各类专业人员，下设民商事法律事务部、公司与证券法律事务部、知识产权法律事务部、破产与清算法律事务部、刑事法律事务部等各专业部门，可组成专业复合型的法律服务团队。大多数律师毕业于国内知名法学院并具有中高级律师职称，六名律师取得硕士学位；多名律师具有证券律师资格、反倾销律师资格及被聘为台州仲裁委员会首席仲裁员，二名律师分别荣获浙江省十大优秀律师和浙江省优秀青年律师称号，多名律师荣获市级优秀律师和先进工作者称号。
