为深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神，2022年10月31日晚，浙江利群律师事务所党的二十大精神专题学习会在学术报告厅顺利举行，律所全体工作人员参加会议。会议由利群所主任毛灵见律师主持。

会上，利群所党支部书记黄道进律师带领大家一同学习习近平总书记作的二十大报告内容，从十五个方面感受党的二十大精神。

党的二十大报告指出，大会主题是高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜，全面贯彻新时代中国特色社会主义思想，弘扬伟大建党精神，自信自强、守正创新，踔厉奋发、勇毅前行，为全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴而团结奋斗。

报告回顾总结了中国共产党过去五年的工作和十年来党与国家事业取得的历史性成就、发生的历史性变革，系统阐述了开辟马克思主义中国化时代化新境界、中国式现代化的中国特色和本质要求等重大问题，深刻阐明了新时代新征程中国共产党的使命任务，科学谋划了未来五年乃至更长时期党和国家事业发展的目标任务和大政方针，为新时代新征程党和国家事业发展指明了前进方向、确立了行动指南。

大会号召，全党全军全国各族人民要紧密团结在党中央周围，牢记空谈误国、实干兴邦，坚定信心、同心同德，埋头苦干、奋勇前进，为全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴而团结奋斗。

报告内容振奋人心，催人奋进。与会律师屏气凝神听报告，专心致志作笔记，相互交流讨论，大大激发履职热情，对实现二十大擘画的宏伟蓝图充满自信。

毛灵见主任指出，党的二十大是在全党全国各族人民迈上全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程、向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的关键时刻召开的一次十分重要的大会，事关党和国家事业继往开来，事关中国特色社会主义前途命运，事关中华民族伟大复兴，对凝聚和激励全党全军全国各族人民高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜、为全面建设社会主义现代化国家而团结奋斗具有十分重大的政治意义、理论意义、战略意义、实践意义，取得了丰硕的政治成果、理论成果、战略成果、制度成果、实践成果。
