11月23日中午，利群党支部召开专题会议，集体学习《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验的决议》及习近平总书记关于《决议》的说明。会议由利群所主任、党支部书记王新平律师主持。

会议指出，党的十九届六中全会是在我们党百年华诞的重要时刻，在“两个一百年”奋斗目标历史交汇关键节点上召开的一次重要会议。会议全面总结党从胜利走向更大胜利的伟大历史进程、为国家和民族建立的伟大历史功绩、百年奋斗所积累的宝贵历史经验，体现了我们党重视和善于运用历史规律的高度政治自觉，体现了我们党牢记初心使命、继往开来的自信担当，对于推动全党更加紧密地团结在以习近平同志为核心的党中央周围，进一步增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，团结带领全国各族人民夺取新时代中国特色社会主义新的伟大胜利，具有重大现实意义和深远历史意义。

会议要求，要深入学习宣传贯彻习近平总书记在全会上的重要讲话和全会精神，坚持将其作为当前和今后一个时期的重大政治任务，切实增强思想自觉、政治自觉和行动自觉。  

会上还通报了支部年底党建工作安排，并进行了椒江区第十届党代会代表候选人推荐选举。

On the noon of November 23rd, the Liqun Party Branch held a special meeting to collectively study the "Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party's Centennial Struggle" and the explanation of the "Resolution". The meeting was presided over by Lawyer Wang Xinping, Director of Liqun Institute and Party Branch Secretary.

The meeting pointed out that the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee was an important meeting held at the critical juncture of the historical intersection of the "two centenary goals" at the important moment of the centenary of our party. The meeting comprehensively summarized the great historical process of the Party from victory to greater victory, the great historical achievements for the establishment of the country and the nation, and the valuable historical experience accumulated through a hundred years of struggle, which reflected the high political consciousness of our Party to attach importance to and be good at applying the laws of history, and the confident responsibility of our Party to keep in mind its original mission, carry forward the past and usher in the future, and to promote the closer unity of the whole Party around the Party Central Committee, It is of great practical and far-reaching historical significance to further enhance the "Four Consciousness", strengthen the "Confidence doctrine", achieve the "Two Safeguards", and unite and lead the people of all ethnic groups to win the new great victory of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.

The meeting requires in-depth study, promotion, and implementation of the important speeches and spirit of the plenary session, adherence to making it a major political task for the current and future periods, and effective enhancement of ideological, political, and action consciousness. 

At the meeting, the work arrangement of Party building at the end of the year of the branch was also reported, and the candidates for the 10th Party Congress in Jiaojiang District were recommended and elected.
