自党史学习教育以来，利群所把红色作为底色，以红色基因赓续精神血脉，通过诵读红色经典，参观红色教育基地，听讲红色故事等多种形式，将红色教育融入党史学习教育全过程，助力党史学习教育有“声”有“色”。6月29日晚，利群所庆祝建党100周年主题党日活动暨党史学习教育系列会在律所学术报告厅召开，在所律师、实习律师积极参会，一同听执业30余年的老党员律师周显根讲那过去的故事。

薪火相传

周显根律师以激昂的语言、真挚的感情向在场的律师分享了其跌宕起伏的执业经历，围绕初心、使命、责任三个方面讲述了他为何选择法律学校及之后的求学经历，再到台州地区法律顾问处的筹建，以及国办所华丽转身创办利群所的历程。

多年来，他以敢于担当、甘于奉献的精神投身律师工作的发展，始终紧绷责任这根弦，把严谨细致的工作作风贯穿到各环节，用行动告诉我所青年律师要不驰于空想、不骛于虚声，一步一个脚印、踏踏实实做好律师工作。

年轻的时候要充分燃烧自己的青春，给他人温暖；中年的时候要满怀激情发挥自己的才能，给他人希望；晚年的时候要不停激发自己的青春活力，给他人关怀。

“七一”将至，开展“向党说说心里话”主题党日活动是庆祝建党100周年系列活动和党史学习教育的组成部分，要着力营造建党百年的浓厚氛围。周显根律师获得过律师行业最高荣誉“全国优秀律师”称号，担任过两届市律协会长，具有丰富的执业经验和行业管理经验，有许多地方值得大家学习。利群重组后，在稳定中发展，在创新中前行。发展、前行中取得的每一项成绩，都倾注了老党员、老律师的智慧与心血。借此机会，让我们以热烈的掌声向利群的老党员、老律师表示衷心的感谢，并致以崇高的敬意！

☛最后，王新平主任要求

我们即将迎来建党100周年，全体律师尤其是党员律师及合伙人，要以更高的政治觉悟、更强的责任担当、更大的信心决心，加深对党史的学习教育。要把学习党史同做好本职工作即法律服务工作结合起来，牢记“学史明理、学史增信、学史崇德、学史力行”这16个字，以点滴努力，促推法治化建设。

Through reciting red classics, visiting red education bases, listening to red stories, and other forms, it has integrated red education into the entire process of party history study and education, helping the party history study and education to have both sound and color. On the evening of June 29, Liqun Institute held a themed party day activity to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party and a series of party history learning and education meetings in the academic Lecture hall of the law firm. Lawyers and trainee lawyers actively attended the meeting and listened to the story of the past told by Zhou Xiangen, a lawyer who has been a veteran party member for more than 30 years.

Inheritance of Fireworks

Lawyer Zhou Xiangen shared his ups and downs in his professional experience with the lawyers present in passionate language and sincere emotions. He explained why he chose a law school and his subsequent educational experiences from three aspects: his original intention, mission, and responsibility. He then went on to establish a legal advisory office in the Taizhou region, as well as the magnificent transformation of a state-owned institution to establish Liqun Institute.

For many years, he has devoted himself to the development of legal work with a spirit of daring to take responsibility and willing to contribute. He has always tightened the string of responsibility, and has carried out a rigorous and meticulous work style throughout all aspects. With his actions, he has told young lawyers in my institute not to indulge in imagination or focus on empty words, and to do a good job as a lawyer step by step.

When young, one should fully burn one's youth and give warmth to others; In middle age, one should unleash one's talents with passion and give hope to others; In my later years, I constantly stimulate my youthful vitality and care for others.

The "July 1st" holiday is approaching, and the "Speak Your Heart to the Party" themed Party Day activity is a part of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party and the study and education of Party history. We should focus on creating a strong atmosphere for the centenary of the founding of the Party. Lawyer Zhou Xiangen has been awarded the title of "National Excellent Lawyer", the highest honor in the legal industry, and has served as the president of the Municipal Law Association for two times. He has rich practical experience and industry management experience, and there are many places worth learning from. After the restructuring of Liqun, it develops in stability and advances in innovation. Every achievement made in development and progress has poured the wisdom and dedication of veteran party members and lawyers. Taking this opportunity, let's warmly applaud and express our heartfelt gratitude to the old party members and lawyers of Liqun, and pay high respect!

☛Finally, Director Wang Xinping requested

We are about to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. All lawyers, especially party members, lawyers, and partners, should deepen their learning and education of party history with higher political awareness, stronger responsibility, and greater confidence and determination. We should combine learning Party history with doing our own work well, that is, legal service work, and remember the 16 words of "learning history to clarify principles, learning history to enhance credibility, learning history to uphold morality, and learning history to practice". We should make every effort to promote the construction of the rule of law.
