利群所继续推进专项治理第二阶段谈心谈话工作

2021年4月以来，利群所积极推进、贯彻落实律师行业突出问题专项治理自查核查的工作内容，并于本周全面开启第二阶段谈心谈话活动。4月20日中午，利群所召开青年律师座谈会暨谈心谈话活动，总结活动开展情况及突出问题，再次强调专项治理工作的重要性，要求各位律师勇于自查。利群所副主任郑晓丹、毛灵见、黄道进律师参加了本次会议。

本次谈心谈话工作重点：一是与司法人员不正当接触交往；二是违法违规执业。    

利群所主任王新平律师和全体青年律师进行谈心谈话。王主任结合身边的事例娓娓道来，并提出四点要求：

一要守牢政治底线。习总书记在十八届四中全会第二次全体会议上指出，律师队伍是依法治国的一支重要力量，要大力加强律师队伍思想政治建设，把拥护中国共产党领导、拥护社会主义法治作为律师从业的基本要求。二个拥护就是我们律师执业的政治底线，思想上绝不能放松，要时刻谨记。     

二要树立远大志向。既然来到了利群，既然选择了律师这一职业，就要干一行、爱一行、钻一行。要有成为全所、全区、全市、全省乃至全国名律师的志向，要向所里优秀的律师看齐，努力成为专业领域的专家行家。

三要练就过硬本领。既要胸怀大志，又要脚踏实地、点滴做起；坚持知行合一，要把课本上的知识及时转化为办案、做事的能力或本领；要坚持阅读与写作，只读不写或只写不读，都是行不通的，别轻信所谓弯道超车。

四要锻造优良品行。要将崇德修身放在做人做事的首位，牢记律所第一个核心价值观——厚德。坚持不碰底线、不越界线、不踩红线，锤炼律师的优良品格，展现新时代青年律师良好的精神风貌。

律师行业突出问题专项治理是当前司法行政系统教育整顿的重要组成部分，利群所将严格遵守专项治理相关要求和纪律，积极采取措施以实现自查自纠全覆盖，为律师行业健康发展贡献力量。

Liqun Institute Continues to Promote the Second Phase of Special Governance Heart to Heart Talk Work

Since April 2021, Liqun Institute has actively promoted and implemented the work content of self inspection and verification of special governance for prominent issues in the lawyer industry, and fully launched the second phase of heart to heart talks this week. On the noon of April 20th, Liqun Institute held a youth lawyer symposium and heart to heart talk activity, summarizing the progress of the activity and highlighting the issues, once again emphasizing the importance of special governance work, and requiring all lawyers to be brave in self-examination. Zheng Xiaodan, Deputy Director of Liqun Institute, Mao Lingjian, and Lawyer Huang Daojin attended the meeting.

The focus of this heart to heart conversation is: firstly, improper contact and interaction with judicial personnel; The second is illegal and irregular practice.

Lawyer Wang Xinping, the director of Liqun Institute, had a heart-to-heart conversation with all young lawyers. Director Wang combined the examples around him to explain and put forward four requirements:

Firstly, we must firmly adhere to the political bottom line.   The two supports are the political bottom line of our lawyer practice, and we must never relax our thinking and always remember.

Secondly, we must establish lofty aspirations. Since I have arrived at Liqun and chosen the profession of lawyer, I must work in a profession of love, love, and exploration. We must have the ambition to become a renowned lawyer in the entire institution, region, city, province, and even the whole country, and strive to become experts and experts in the professional field by following the excellent lawyers in the institution.

Three, we need to develop strong skills. We should have high aspirations, but also be down-to-earth and work hard bit by bit; Adhere to the unity of knowledge and action, and timely transform the knowledge in textbooks into the ability or ability to handle cases and things; Persist in reading and writing, reading only without writing or only writing without reading is not feasible. Don't believe in so-called overtaking on curves.

Fourthly, we need to forge good character. We should prioritize moral cultivation in our conduct and work, and keep in mind the first core value of the law firm - kindness. Adhere to not touching the bottom line, not crossing boundaries, and not stepping on red lines, hone the excellent character of lawyers, and showcase the good spiritual outlook of young lawyers in the new era.

The special governance of prominent issues in the lawyer industry is an important component of the current education and rectification of the judicial administrative system. Liqun Institute will strictly abide by the requirements and disciplines related to special governance, actively take measures to achieve full coverage of self inspection and self correction, and contribute to the healthy development of the lawyer industry.
