为深入学习贯彻习近平总书记在中央政治局第二十次集体学习时的重要讲话精神，充分发挥律师事务所和律师等法律专业机构、专业人员在宣传《中华人民共和国民法典》的作用，切实推动《民法典》的实施，日前，我所积极响应并迅速成立利群《民法典》宣讲团。宣讲团由我所主任、台州市律师协会副会长王新平律师亲自担任团长，选聘16位律师担任宣讲员，积极推动开展《民法典》普法活动。

     7月2日下午，我所《民法典》宣讲团副团长潘婵律师应椒江区司法局邀请，为司法局工作人员作“中国民法典的立法体系与亮点解读”专题讲座。

     讲座从《民法典》颁布的重要意义与立法过程、守成与创新、法典的体系脉络与新制度解读、机遇与挑战四个方面展开，着重就中国民法典独有的体例、新设土地经营权、居住权等方面内容的创新做讲解，同时以篇章为主线，对《民法典》的内容体系与新制度设立的背景、意义作系统梳理。

     整场宣讲主题突出、特色鲜明，既有深入浅出的理论阐述，又有广征博引的案例分析。通过宣讲，参会人员对《民法典》的主要精神和重要条款有了更加深入的了解。

 第一讲的顺利完成是《民法典》宣讲工作开展的良好开端，下一步，利群所将进一步推动利群《民法典》宣讲团深入街道、社区、学校、企事业单位等地开展宣讲工作，切实让书本上的《民法典》“活”起来，掀起全民学习《民法典》的热潮。

Wang Xinping, the director of our institute and the vice president of Taizhou Lawyers Association, personally served as the head of the publicity group, and 16 lawyers were selected as speakers to actively promote the popularization of the Civil code.

In the afternoon of July 2, at the invitation of the Jiaojiang District Bureau of Justice, Pan Chan, the deputy head of the Civil code Publicity Group, gave a special lecture on the "Legislative System and Interpretation of Highlights of China's Civil code" to the staff of the Bureau of Justice.

The lecture was launched from four aspects: the significance of the promulgation of the Civil code and the legislative process, compliance and innovation, the system context of the code and the interpretation of the new system, opportunities and challenges, focusing on the unique style of the Civil code of China, the newly established land management right, the right of residence and other aspects of innovation. At the same time, the content system of the Civil code and the background and significance of the establishment of the new system were systematically combed with the main line of the text.

The theme of the entire lecture is prominent and distinctive, with both in-depth theoretical explanations and extensive case studies. Through the lecture, the participants had a deeper understanding of the main spirit and important provisions of the Civil code.

The successful completion of the first lecture is a good start for the propaganda work of the Civil code. Next, Liqun Institute will further promote Liqun's Civil code propaganda team to carry out propaganda work in streets, communities, schools, enterprises and institutions, so as to make the Civil code on the books "live", and set off an upsurge of people learning the Civil code.
